Unfortunately I don’t have 0 star ..Customer service is horrible ..I went with my aunt to open an account..we have to wait 30 mins just sitting there no one came and help us ..and even greet us ..finally some some came and he don’t know how to open an account he said I don’t how to open an account..

They are good people but Poor Service, its always shortstaffed, the manager struggles alone.Its one of the prime locations really needs to be managed well.

First bank account I've ever opened here, I was treated with respect and kindly, when I deposit my pay every other week I am still treated kindly. So thank you Truist for being my first bank
