“Very nice quiet and safe apartments. Mangent and maintenance where awesome. The only thing I didn't like about the apartments were all the extra charges. Yout rent never the same every month. Example if your rent $1390 you end up paying something like $1580 or more a month. I think that is so unfair”

She stay in close touch with me and my family to ensure we had all of our paperwork up to date . “I've only been here a short while, but I've been impressed by the office staff. they've been professional, and helpful. Janelle has been lovely in every interaction. I must mention Ms Alma Valdez.
From our first interaction, she has been super. I don't know if i could have gotten through the application process without her. She was very responsive , and patient. The maintenance staff is prompt, capable, respectful, and polite.
Walter was wonderful. I must also add that it has been a refreshing departure from my previous experience at aventura decatur.
They were so incredibly rude and inept.
My daughter says they did me a favor, if not for that, i would've stayed and not found this amazing place.”
“I'm a resident of three years. We have new management as of mid July. They have stepped up their game as far as property maintenance. It has always been good but could be better. The better we've gotten is dusting of fans in breeze ways, clean up of cobb webs in tight corners, the GRILL was repaired!,... I can add more but I don't want to yet. I'm looking forward to exploring community with the new management. I should add Daren has been a great member of the staff over the years. He is prompt, keeps on contact if an issue takes longer than expected, Oscar & Ayesha are new and have been great. Friendly, informative, and hopeful to keep the Arcadia a great community!”

The Management and Maintenance Team are the BEST!!!!!! Alyssa the Property Manager are amazing, and Jarvis the Maintenance man is the Bomb. The modern amenities, light fixtures and beautiful flooring is what attracted me to this property. The community is pet friendly, clean and so peaceful. I don’t plan on moving until I’m ready to buy a house. Come check them out you won’t be disappointed?”

“I lived here for 3years from June 2021 to May 2024, I loved it. It’s very convenient as it is very close to Emory campus and most stores are also nearby. Sharon is great, she’s very understanding and helps with whatever issues you might’ve going on with the apartment. The people complaining about pest are people who don’t take care of their apartments, I never had that problem. When you put in a maintenance request on the resident portal app, it’s being addressed asap. My apartment flooded one time during winter break due to pipe breakage and the issue was resolved asap. The one thing I didn’t like is that rent kept going up every year, and it’s not by small amount which would’ve been understandable. And it wasn’t like anything about the apartment changed. I was paying $884 when I first moved in and by the time I was leaving it was $1035. Even inflation hasn’t gone up that much. It was still the cheapest option among apartments that are very close to campus. I would recommend this apartment if you are an Emory student or employee and you’re looking for a cheap and convenient place to stay.”

Ms. Ashley Finnie did an exceptional job at assisting me in transitioning me from my previous living condition, into the friendly Clairmont Reserve community. I go to school at Emory and work nearby, all convenient to my busy lifestyle. For any and all questions and needs that I required, her wish was my command. “We are not tenants so this review is about customer service. We called the main office looking for an apartment for a family member. There were some apts posted as "available" on their website so we were hopeful. Chanté (spelling?) answered the phone with a friendly voice and kindly explained that people from their waitlist had already been called and were in the process of getting those apartments. We were disappointed however she went the extra mile to be pleasant, understanding, AND even provided us with suggestions and alternatives which she DID NOT have to do. We truly appreciated her level of professionalism and willingness to be helpful. If she isn't the main person in charge there then they need to make her the head! Great customer service!!! Thank you!!!”

“Moved in about a month ago and could not be more happy with our experience so far.
We had a lot of anomalies at move in from our air conditioning being broken day 1 to parking card not working and most recently our garbage disposal stopped working. First off, they worked tirelessly for 2 days to get our ac unit back up and running while providing us a portable ac unit while we waited for it to be fixed. Card was fixed in no time and disposal was fixed literally within an hour of the ticket being submitted.
Peyton, our leasing agent was great with move in and maintenance staff is very friendly and always seem happy to help!”
