Too many problems with the management and haven't even moved in yet. They don't communicate effectively in order to keep tenants informed about move in process. The grounds are not kept up. Trash is piled out of the bin and looks like a feast for rats to comeeat. I'm not looking forward to my experience here thus far.

Lady at the first desk was rude nasty attitude and unhelpful! Something you should consider especially if you want to be a future resident. Any problem at ur apartment you will have to deal with her! I’ll pass !

I moved to Terraces at Fieldstone in the beginning of July. My experience with Kenyatta and her team was pleasant. I was informed that they had just gone through a transition from one management team to another. Its an older complex so, some units may need a little touch up but the grounds are well kept.
