“This is my first appartment. Plenty of room just for me. There were some signs of whoever lived there last had some kind of anger problem. As there are holes patched in the wall. Bugs are a minimum, so no serious complaints. Other than that I like my appartment and plan to stay for along time.??”

“REBECCA IS AMAZING! I had a few issues with my apartment after initially moving in. I was getting what I felt to be the runaround from then property manager (name withheld). Shortly after that, I was told that the property manager was "no longer there". Frustrated, I decided to go to the leasing office on my lunch break instead of calling. I encountered Rebecca. She listened to my concerns without interrupting, maintained a professional demeanor, apologized, gave me a realistic timeline, and followed through afterwards.....all while smiling and making me feel like I truly mattered as a resident! Rebecca personifies professionalism, and Woodland Trace is a better place to live because of her. I recently visited the office to pay my rent, and there she was again! As a resident who works very long hours, the last thing I want to deal with when I get home is unresolved maintenance requests! Rebecca is thorough and attentive!
