“Showed up this morning to have a hitch installed on my van. Darien was amazing! The hitch had not yet arrived, but he searched and found the appropriate one at another location. While the wiring was being installed an employee went and picked up the hitch. It was ready promptly at the time I was told.When I picked up my van, Jackie helped me determine what size trailer I would need. Even though I had reserved a larger one, she was very helpful changing the reservation to the medium sized trailer.I encountered at least 4 other employees while there and all of them were extremely courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this location!”

Without hesitation, I was greeted very kindly and was given immediate attention - without charge! What a great gesture and so greatly appreciated being from CA and having been on the road for 6 days. And what the HECK is with that drive area inside the gates ?? YIKES !! Worst roads I have EVER seen !! EXCELLENT Customer Service TRUMPS all of that EVERY time !!
