“Overall good experience, but it can definitely be improved. This is a place where you cannot really use the mobile phone. Once you’ve completed everything and uploaded all data & files - you’re directed to the office where they can’t see any of those and you have to start over. It’s a waste of time. If this is advertised as a place to use a mobile phone - it has to be raised to that standard. Other than that quite good.”

“Showed up this morning to have a hitch installed on my van. Darien was amazing! The hitch had not yet arrived, but he searched and found the appropriate one at another location. While the wiring was being installed an employee went and picked up the hitch. It was ready promptly at the time I was told.When I picked up my van, Jackie helped me determine what size trailer I would need. Even though I had reserved a larger one, she was very helpful changing the reservation to the medium sized trailer.I encountered at least 4 other employees while there and all of them were extremely courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this location!”

“Rented a truck here for a one-way, out-of-state haul because Budget had the best pricing. Craig (one of the owners here) was very courteous and helpful. Before I left the lot, he checked tire pressures and under-hood fluids, verified all lights were functional and cleaned the windshield. By luck of the draw, I got a newish low-mileage truck as well. I'd definitely use this location again for another truck rental in Conyers.”

“I had a problem with my Penske trailer (cable cut by accident that works the lighting) and saw this U Haul facility next to my hotel. Without hesitation, I was greeted very kindly and was given immediate attention - without charge! What a great gesture and so greatly appreciated being from CA and having been on the road for 6 days.
