“We left CubeSmart because the entry doors were constantly open, bathroom was absolutely disgusting, homeless walking around and we were told by the manager that there were breakins and flooding. So we quickly had to find another storage place as our house isn't going to be ready until Feb 2023. We drove around and came across Decatur Self Storage. Don't let the outside influence your decision to go in. We were greeted by Mike, an owner, who showed us around, showed us a unit, signed us up on the spot. “I ain gon lie I was frustrated when I walked in I had being trying to get a U-Haul truck since 10:30 through a partner and the 1800 customer service wasn't really helpful. When we walked in JB immediately had a smile on her face and was very pleasant she immediately apologized for the troubles and said no worries she would get me taken care of. Moving in itself is already stressful but I really appreciate JB and the assistant manager for making the in store transaction very smooth.
