“We used to come here when les owned it and we still come here with Chris. He worked with Les for years and is great. We have five cars that we only trust with this shop. Big and small fixes, and strange unknown problems Chris can figure them out. Most of our cars have 200 to 300 thousand but we have newer ones as well. We look for someone knowledgeable and trustworthy for our cars. But note…. This is a small local shop, leave your car and pick it up when ready. Depending on the issue it may take time. I don’t often have emergency situations but when I have they have worked with me to get my car faster. I have had family with very complicated issues and it takes time to troubleshoot. Be patient given the circumstance and I think you will think this shop is all thumbs up.”

Rob and Jose were very helpful in resolving my issue. They ensured that the customer came first! This is something that is missing at many places of business, but not there! Jordan not only checked my battery out, but also installed a brand new one. It wasn't just what he did, it was how he did it. They made the entire process very streamline which saved me quite the headache. “I never got a repair done here, but I just wanted to come on here and thank each and every person that works there. My vehicle stopped on me and while I was getting the situation handled my mother passed away the next day. They were so nice and very helpful to allow me to park my car there while I went back home to Louisiana to bury my mom. My vehicle was there for over a month and they were so understanding and kind. Although I did get any repairs done, they have definitely helped me in my situation and because of that I highly recommend them to anyone that need repairs done. Thanks so much you guys! ?”

The dealership where I bought it from, located a mere 7 miles from my residence, was blatantly unwilling to help me with 2 recall issues. So I now travel 100 miles, one way, to Auto Nation in Columbus for any and all work on my Hyundai. All staff have proven to be professional, courteous, and immediately responsive to my needs. “Talk about excellent service and customer service! Cindy went above and beyond for me to get my SUV back in time before I left town! Even staying late on Friday evening well after business hours! Communication was excellent the entire duration for keeping me up to date on timelines. If we back up a minute, I knew this was the shop for me because Cindy didn't want to take my money when I originally wanted the entire truck painted and she pointed out that the factory paint was still very good and just needed a good buffing and that she pointed out areas that needed attention. Asked what my budget was and we were set from there. I highly recommend this shop! You can be like me and check out the budget body shops but once you see their finished products in the parking lot, you will see you get what you pay for! I'm so happy that I was referred to Collision Surgeons of Columbus and that Cindy was so easy to work with! It's also nice to know they stand behind their work if you have any issues!”
