“Yeah, the guy there does seem a bit testy at first. I walked in with a burnt-out lightbulb. He took it from me, walked behind the shelving, and a minute later, came back out with a Phillips brand bulb that was perfect. He didn't even gouge me on price despite being a tourist. Couldn't argue with that.”
