“We used to come here when les owned it and we still come here with Chris. He worked with Les for years and is great. We have five cars that we only trust with this shop. Big and small fixes, and strange unknown problems Chris can figure them out. Most of our cars have 200 to 300 thousand but we have newer ones as well. We look for someone knowledgeable and trustworthy for our cars. But note…. This is a small local shop, leave your car and pick it up when ready. Depending on the issue it may take time. I don’t often have emergency situations but when I have they have worked with me to get my car faster. I have had family with very complicated issues and it takes time to troubleshoot. Be patient given the circumstance and I think you will think this shop is all thumbs up.”

“Tuesday 10/24/23 I took a 2015 Altima with only 70k miles into A Carb Auto Care. At random times white smoke comes from the exhaust and it depletes oil every 2 months. I worked with the owner, and mentioned to him the dealership said there is a lot of slug and it needs a complete engine flush and possible head gasket replacement. A Carb Auto did that job for much less than the dealership and confirmed no head gasket issue and was quick and courteous. I would highly recommend folks to take their car to this establishment for their auto care needs.”

“This place was a blessing! I thought I was having problems with my tie rod and/or CV joint. I figured it would be at least a several hundred dollar job. I called and spoke with Sergio and he said they were very busy but he would have it looked at as soon as possible. I dropped my truck off on Tuesday expecting them not to be able to look at it until Wednesday. He called back just a few hours later and said the issue was nowhere as near as bad as I thought. The issue was with my lower control arm. He said his mechanic fixed the problem and they both said it wasn’t worth charging me for. I’m not saying they’ll fix your vehicle for free, but they could have taken advantage of the situation and charged me for just about anything. Their honesty will definitely make me a returning customer. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and HONEST! You don’t find those qualities in a good mechanic these days. Thanks guys! I’ll see you when I need new tires.”

“I tried for over a month to find someone to come out & replace the battery in my car. No one would help me.I called Glenn's today and they came right out, installed the new battery in no time and were actually very nice. I have in the past experienced road service persons who acted inconvenienced by having to come & help me. Today was a much better experience. Now I know who to call and I will not hesitate to call them again if or when I need to.”

“James, the manager of this store, was SUPER helpful with figuring out my complicated form of payment (Goodyear credit card over the phone). He was back and forth on the phone with billing and Goodyear to ensure my preferred payment method would be accepted for my brand new tires. In the mean time, he joked and chatted with me to make the stress go away. He’s always so friendly when he answers the phone and when he speaks person. I wish more managers in the car service world would be as welcoming as James!”

“I never got a repair done here, but I just wanted to come on here and thank each and every person that works there. My vehicle stopped on me and while I was getting the situation handled my mother passed away the next day. They were so nice and very helpful to allow me to park my car there while I went back home to Louisiana to bury my mom. My vehicle was there for over a month and they were so understanding and kind. Although I did get any repairs done, they have definitely helped me in my situation and because of that I highly recommend them to anyone that need repairs done. Thanks so much you guys! ?”

Dropped the vehicle off at about 5pm and it was ready the next day by 2pm. We were also charged $50 less than the already low quote. 10/10 happy with the service we received.
