“I am super excited to move in next month!(Sept 2024) My experience with Susie has been extraordinary, she was so detail in every way. She made me and my daughter feel so comfortable. I have had the pleasure of experiencing Jihad (APM) as well, he was amazing- he took care of me when Susie was out and it made me feel valued as a future resident. I received a call from the property manager, and I was able to express how much he's team - gave me the "WOW" factor and that speaks to the leadership style he provides to his team. The location is perfect to commute in and around ATL- and if you have children - perfect for Sutton middle or North Atlanta - perfect! Tell them Ms. Sims ? referred Y.O.U.! “Moved in about a month ago and could not be more happy with our experience so far.
We had a lot of anomalies at move in from our air conditioning being broken day 1 to parking card not working and most recently our garbage disposal stopped working. First off, they worked tirelessly for 2 days to get our ac unit back up and running while providing us a portable ac unit while we waited for it to be fixed. Card was fixed in no time and disposal was fixed literally within an hour of the ticket being submitted.
Peyton, our leasing agent was great with move in and maintenance staff is very friendly and always seem happy to help!”

“Lots to love - the people and the community can't be beat. Everyone is so nice, there are a ton of legitimately fun events that help you get to know your neighbors. The location is the best in Atlanta, with direct Beltline access and right across from Kroger and PCM. Love the garden with fresh produce and the pool is amazing. Management recently changed up and seems like a big improvement - you can tell the new manager really cares and the maintenance team is so lovely and helpful. I also like the floorplans here over most of the other options in the area.
My only issue (and it's a pretty big one) is that the building was originally constructed really, REALLY cheap. The cabinets are constantly falling apart, the elevators break daily, the appliances are all cheap, the electronic locks on the apartment doors (and the app/service they use to open them) are the cheapest possible, etc. If they'd do some basic upgrades to things like that, it would make me feel a lot better about what we're paying every month to live here.”

“Very nice quiet and safe apartments. Mangent and maintenance where awesome. The only thing I didn't like about the apartments were all the extra charges. Yout rent never the same every month. Example if your rent $1390 you end up paying something like $1580 or more a month. I think that is so unfair”
