Amenities and services include valet, 24-7 concierge service, seasonal poolside towel service, a two-story lobby with fireplace; a 1,500-square-foot clubroom with coffee bar, media area and catering kitchen; a business center with conference room; and a large, well-equipped fitness center. The expansive outdoor amenity deck on the sixth floor features a heated saltwater pool with sunbathing ledges, cabanas, a fire pit, fireplace, grilling stations, plentiful seating and lush landscaping.
