Got the Milagro tortillas, Mexican medicines, caldo de pollo kits, all the cheeses, the soups,a lil bakery that's got everything, authentic vendors with snacks such as tamales corn and even papusas I think I've seen too which is like Central American, but still it's Mexican heaven or other races easy pass to making authentic Mexican. Food basically just add water type stuff it's that easy once it leaves the store fresh. easy parking and other stores relevant stores in same plaza friendly staff...dude I just like shopping there and I l0ve the place so much they just got a whole advertisement on the strength of the quality of their prepared and non pre prepped food. Freshness, quality, cleanliness, authenticity, friendliness, snacks, prepped easy food to look like a Mexican chef to your friends.... the carne seca and the carne de res is my favorite I buy like 4 lbs of meat each time I pass if I can and they throw in a free two liter and ask for the Donnie and they throw in some onions and cilantro and Milagros for every 4 lbs of meat u order and it's cheap u owe me for this recommendation talkin bout 50 bucks to look like my grandma in Mexico just cooked authentic street tacos and tamales all weekend for the family in less than 15 minutes of cooking you'll be happy I woke your butt on this Mexican oasis on Roswell baby! “Where diversity and community thrives. Cayce Foods Inc was an experience. From the large selection of West African staples to very selective meats that any auntie would be proud to bring home. The service is Uncle approved. The no frills checkout experience is unmatched and you won’t leave without a smile and higher confidence as the cashiers often compliment the patrons on the selection they buy. I was impressed by the amount of palm oils that were offered. Some were clarified and some were conventional. It was obvious that the black and indigenous diaspora throughout the African, Caribbean and Central/South America were their client bases as I heard different types of West African, Creole, Spanish, French, Dutch, Portuguese, English and what I thought were a few Indigenous Central American sentences spoken as I browsed through the aisles. Every shopper had a basket and had multiple items that they were purchasing either from the meat counter or the dry/canned goods section. The beauty section was decent. Lots of raw shea butters to choose from at a very decent price. I even thought I saw Tamarind Syrup! I’ll have to go back to confirm. However it was super clean, well organized and plenty of stock and rotation to keep their customers satisfied.”

Recently they've added hydrogenated oil to their bread so that's the only thing I have to get someplace else. I hope they remove this ingredient soon, but the store as a whole is always my go-to choice”

Just head to the deli area and let them know you are picking up an order.I also like to order instacart from here and the items are always in stock. The vegetables are always fresh when I go here.The pharmacists are always very helpful when I need to ask questions or have concerns.There are plenty of open lines when shopping here and they have plenty of outdoor parking. This is in a shopping center so if you need to shop around this is a good location to stop at.”

I went to Publix and BOOM! Never looked at another pharmacy again. Their professionalism and their respect for my deaf Mother when she’s with me is why I’ll travel to come to this specific pharmacy. Long story short the last pharmacy was at the Cobb Douglas health department and honestly I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to go to that particular pharmacy just miss all the excuses and the extremely long wait and come to Publix Pharmacy on Floyd rd❤️ ? They’re amazing and knowledgeable about any medicine doctors throw at you lol plus they’re kind and courteous. Because honestly that means a lot to someone with a deaf Mother and a schizophrenic brother. Y’all are some angels ? ?”
