“I recently moved into the Tower and I have to say the staff here is amazing. Clinton and Tavia were great to work and they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the unit we selected. The maintenance team responded to our one request the same day we requested. Overall a great experience and we are very happy with our decision to make the Tower our home.”
“Had an issue with my air conditioning which was promptly and quickly resolved by Shawn on Monday July 29. Happy not to worry about the AC during this hot summer season. Very professional and courteous, too. Many thanks!”

225 26th St NW, Atlanta“I am super excited to move in next month!(Sept 2024) My experience with Susie has been extraordinary, she was so detail in every way. She made me and my daughter feel so comfortable. I have had the pleasure of experiencing Jihad (APM) as well, he was amazing- he took care of me when Susie was out and it made me feel valued as a future resident. I received a call from the property manager, and I was able to express how much he's team - gave me the "WOW" factor and that speaks to the leadership style he provides to his team. The location is perfect to commute in and around ATL- and if you have children - perfect for Sutton middle or North Atlanta - perfect! Tell them Ms. Sims ? referred Y.O.U.! See you soon Susie - you are thee BEST!”
“I requested maintenance for disposal. Verrick came in and fixed not only the disposal, but also all the little issues that we've been having seemliesly and quickly! Best person to work with!!”

“I want to briefly share my experience when touring this property. The property is in an amazing location and the customer service was phenomenal. Marcus made the experience a painless one because apartment hunting can be a tedious task. However, Marcus was able to answer all of my questions while anticipating my follow up questions. He was easy to work with and although I did not move in due to timing, I will 100% recommend this property to my friends who are currently in the market for an apartment. 5 star customer service!!!!”

Kyle’s professionalism and attention to detail were evident every step of the way. He took the time to understand and worked tirelessly to find the perfect fit. His knowledge of the building and the surrounding area was impressive, and he went above and beyond to make sure was comfortable with the decision.
I highly recommend Kyle to anyone looking for an apartment at the Sutton. His dedication to providing top-notch service truly sets him apart, and I’m so grateful for all of his help!

“We toured today and were actually blown away, the pictures do not do this place justice. It's surrounded by fun restaurants and a really cute, quiet park. Teon Richardson was the leasing agent giving us a tour and he was amazing!! He really knows his stuff and was super accommodating to all of our questions! If you're looking to tour here, make sure it's with Teon”

751 Fairburn Rd SW, Atlanta“Love my new home. Great customer service at the leasing office. Brittney, Tabitha and Shawn made my experience moving in great. They are patient, professional, and humble. Love the space it’s very peaceful here”
“Lots to love - the people and the community can't be beat. Everyone is so nice, there are a ton of legitimately fun events that help you get to know your neighbors. The location is the best in Atlanta, with direct Beltline access and right across from Kroger and PCM. Love the garden with fresh produce and the pool is amazing. Management recently changed up and seems like a big improvement - you can tell the new manager really cares and the maintenance team is so lovely and helpful. I also like the floorplans here over most of the other options in the area.
My only issue (and it's a pretty big one) is that the building was originally constructed really, REALLY cheap. The cabinets are constantly falling apart, the elevators break daily, the appliances are all cheap, the electronic locks on the apartment doors (and the app/service they use to open them) are the cheapest possible, etc. If they'd do some basic upgrades to things like that, it would make me feel a lot better about what we're paying every month to live here.”
“The office staff is wonderful! my application process went very smooth thanks to the help of the leasing agents , location is perfect, I'm in love with my loft ,thank you!!”
“Katie has been a great help! She’s been professional, helpful and very knowledgeable! She’s definitely the top leasing agent and would recommend anyone to go see her!”

6355 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd, Atlanta“Lived here about 4 years. Not a bad word to say about the place. Friendly staff throughout, quick responses to maintenance requests & complaints and always willing to work for you instead of for "the property" like many other apartment communities. Very peaceful, clean and quiet location as well. Highly recommend”

3725 Princeton Lakes Pkwy, Atlanta“Sorry for the late review but I move in like three weeks ago and all I can say is that I’m very satisfied with my place. When applying they had great customer service and answer the phone when needed if I had any questions. Saire Mathis made it a breeze with everything I needed to know, she was nice and everybody else had welcoming positive energy.Rent is Reasonable you don’t get what you get everywhere else and the area is super clean and nice and it’s close to everything you need.I can see why the price is the way it is, you pay more for nicer things.i just don’t understand why y'all get attacked, But that’s my opinion.Thank you all for accepting into your community I’m very appreciated ????.”

“Moving my son into Elora at Buckhead. The staff is great especially Amber in the leasing office. I have dealt with her since our walkthrough and she is knowledgeable, caring about potential tenants, and answers all questions no matter how many I have had. She is a great representative/face of the complex. Having managed customer service at Discover card, I know great service when I see it and Amber personifies it for Elora.,”

“REVIEW UPDATE (LATEST): Sydney is AMAZING!! They got me all setup with a parking place and even set me up with an automatic door on a central floor! The other doors are much easier to push and I just overall feel so much better about living here while in treatment. Elden Galleria might be pricey, but it's worth it so far!! :)
REVIEW UPDATE: Elden's property management is really making an effort to help accommodate for special mobility needs now that they are aware of the issue. Everyone has things to learn and I value how the Elden Galleria has seemingly taken this on as a valuable learning experience. I'm legitimately impressed by how detailed of a solution they've come up with, and sincerely hope they make good on their word to improve the community for both my needs and the needs of the broader community here in Atlanta, which is rich and diverse in so many ways. (Will update review and rating if/when issues are fully addressed).
As an individual with mobility needs, I was initially thrilled to move into this community based on the glowing reviews and the promise of a beautiful, well-located place to call home. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment and a sense of being scammed when I discovered that the reality was far from what I had been led to believe.
Despite paying a premium to live in this community, it has become clear that my needs and the laws regarding accessibility for people with disabilities are not being respected. The doors to the building require an excessive amount of pressure to open, making it nearly impossible for someone in a wheelchair or using a walker to enter or exit independently. This is not only incredibly frustrating but also a clear violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which mandates that doors should require no more than 5 lbs of pressure to open.
When I brought this issue to the attention of the office staff, I was met with a dismissive and disrespectful response. They suggested that having a fob to access the door should be sufficient, completely disregarding the fact that the excessive force required to open the door renders the fob useless for those with mobility issues. It feels like a bait and switch – they advertise themselves as an inclusive community, but in reality, they seem unwilling to make the necessary accommodations to ensure that all residents can access the building safely and independently.
It's becoming increasingly apparent that this community is designed almost exclusively for able-bodied individuals. While the units themselves may accommodate a standard wheelchair width, the lack of proper door functionality makes it clear that this place was not built with the needs of disabled residents in mind. It's disheartening to think that had the management been aware of my wheelchair use from the beginning, I might have been denied the opportunity to live here altogether.
I haven't even fully moved in, yet it's already clear, living in this community has been and may continue to be a constant struggle, especially since I am often unable to enter or exit the building without assistance. The promise of great amenities feels like a cruel joke when I may never have the chance to enjoy them due to the lack of accessibility. It's time for the management to take the needs of all residents seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure that everyone, regardless of their mobility, can call this place home.”
