“This is a cute local furniture store. There's a lot packed into a small space, but it didn't feel too cluttered or crowded to me. The stuff they had was nice. You could also find smaller gift items here. The staff was really nice and polite. It was an all around good visit. The parking is very limited and directly off of the street. It can be tricky to get in and out of safely.”

“I love this gorgeous, well-curated shop and design company in Athens. Locally owned and operated, BMA at Home is run by the tasteful and friendly Breckyn Alexander. There are gift items at various price points as well as a lovely selection of housewares, fixtures, and furniture. Breckyn also helps with interior design projects. I bought two lighting fixtures for my business from BMA at Home and get compliments on them nearly every day.”

“First time shopper. Didn’t realize that it was a boutique of sorts? ? But I was stopping by to pickup something for a friends birthday and knew I was out of my element the minute I walked in. The employees were friendly and helped me find what I needed and I was in/out in a few minutes. My only suggestion would be a lanyard or name tag because there isn’t a dress code so I didn’t know who was an employee and who wasn’t! Will definitely keep the store in mind for future birthday ideas.”

“I am always greeted nicely when I walk into this Joann. They have a great selection of quality fabrics at very reasonable prices. I always buy my patterns here too. You can shop other stores in Athens but the quality of product is just not the same. The store is always clean, well stocked and well staffed. Additionally, the Joann app is a helpful resource for coupons and sales notifications.”

“Plenty of deals on a random assortment of name brand stuff! They have apparel, small tools, dog stuff, home knick knacks, etc. The negative, the layout is awful and you should definitely check the merchandise for any blemishes or minor damage before you buy.”

“We went to 6 mattress stores in 2 days and came back to purchase from metro mattress. Cyndi was knowledgeable, friendly, and only showed us mattresses based on our needs. We bought a plush Serenity Sleep Supreme mattress and so far after 2 weeks it has been wonderful. I'm a side sleeper and so is my wife. Definitely recommend this place as one of your stops when looking for a mattress, and would skip getting a mattress in a box from that popular online retailer if comfort is important to you.”
