“Selected a mattress online and wanted to try before buying. I called the store and it turned out the one we were interested in wasn't stocked at any nearby Mattress Firm location. Vincent told me he had a very similar one on the floor that we could try but I had called just before closing. Went in the next day and he was off, but he had left instructions with another sales person who showed the similar one.We want ahead with a purchase order and a two week later delivery schedule. That date came and went with no mattress. I called the store the following day and spoke to the manager Daphne.She was unaware the mattress hadn't been delivered but said she would find out. She came back with another delivery date;again two weeks out. Needless to say we were not happy. We've had the mattress (Sealy Posturepedic plus Opportune II)for a month now and it was well worth its usual price and even better at the sale price we paid(about 1/2 msrp).We jokingly like to say our only gripe is that it makes it hard to get out of bed in the morning!Mattress Firm and their delivery partner dropped the ball as far as the delay was concerned..especially not informing the local store about it(or us for that matter).The local folks,Daphne and her sales associates did a five star job”

“This is a cute local furniture store. There's a lot packed into a small space, but it didn't feel too cluttered or crowded to me. The stuff they had was nice. You could also find smaller gift items here. The staff was really nice and polite. It was an all around good visit. The parking is very limited and directly off of the street. It can be tricky to get in and out of safely.”

It is walking distance to UGA, has many self-checkout kiosks, and a great staff that greeted me throughout the store. Pro-tip: It had an item I needed that was sold out at the larger, full Target so it is a winner in my book!”

“This is for Mr Nick regional manager. If it's true that you are going to give me credit for my washer that never worked properly even though I made a request to get it fixed for a whole month. Paid for the washer and dryer set and other products in advance. The phone agreement is bringing my tv and computer up to date on payment for November 2023. Then ordering me a new washer and dryer set for December 2023 at which time I will make a payment and keep everything. If this works out as planned. I have forgiveness in my heart and will not post in social media and will truly recommend this store or Aaron's rental to my 10 thousand plus flowers. “I like this location but customer service and the photo is the worse. I always have to stand for a long time and call while I am standing at the photo center for someone to come help assist me to get my pictures. Someone is usually at customer service desk but they seem to have a problem acknowledging customers at that area to help in assisting them. Sunday 7/23/2018 you should go back that morning and pull your cameras to watch. So many staff members seeing me just standing there and no one offers to help”
