“Great experience purchasing from Dave O'Connor. Dave was so easy to deal with and treated us wonderfully. After weeks of hassle at a used car dealer in Duluth I decided to look at the same model for sale at the Bentley dealer. Wow what a better experience. So nice that after the test drive and about an hour, I was all set except for the payment. I came back a couple days later to do the final signatures and again everything was smooth. “Allpro Subaru is one of two independent Subaru shops in Georgia that I trust outside of a dealership to use genuine OEM parts, not cheap aftermarket junk that's a waste of everyone's time and should hang their heads in shame for being made. Allpro's techs have probably forgotten more about Subarus than you could lean in a year of YouTube videos. Patrick is honest and up front with his prices and won't BS you about anything. If you want to modify your car, ask him about your build plans, and if you don't have a plan, work with him to get you where you want to be and you'll be driving a reliably modded Subaru without wasting money on stuff that's stupid.”

“I took my Explorer with a dented back door and I chose to replace the whole door. Once they got the new door shell they replaced it in just 3 days. The new paint looks perfect and the door works fine. Other body shops would ask me to leave the car there before they ordered the new parts, but not here, so I was only 3 days without my car. “I own two vintage Land Rovers - a 2008 Range Rover HSE and a 2001 Discovery II SE7. I used a European repair shop for many years very close to my home, but they recently told me they were not interested in the older models. So guess what? They no longer have my business. I contacted a long time auto broker friend who recommended Finney's Cars in Alpharetta, and I have never looked back. They essentially rebuilt the top of my Disco engine along with a new driveshaft, Cat converter, power steering pump/lines, hoses, belts, wires, plugs etc. and it runs smooth as silk now with 165k miles. These guys know Land Rovers!”

“Shawn, the Manager, is awesome. She takes customer Service to the next level. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had the correct part for my vehicle. Even though I had been told the part was in her store by another employee she double checked and found the correct part was not in her store. She understood it was urgently needed and check all AutoZone locations within 50 miles and if even if it wasn’t shown in inventory she would call and have them physically check their inventory. Quickly she located the right part, only one left in inventory at another store. She was friendly, professionally, and knew her business. Then she took care of placing the order through the other store to ensure it would be ready for me to pickup. Then she called the store to confirm the order and that they physically pulled the part and had it at the counter waiting for me. This was a warranty replacement and upon return of the old unit she personally handle the return and refund. It was smooth and easy. In all my years of working on cars and shopping at the major auto parts retailers this was the best customer service experience. Shawn sets the standard for what customer service should be.”
