“Living nearly 2 hours from any Honda dealership I chose to shop for my Honda HR-V virtually. I reached out to Honda dealers in NC, TN and GA searching for the best deal. Hands down, it was Lou Sobh! Online Salesman Joseph Allen was helpful, courteous and never “pushy”. We agreed on a price before I left home. I was handed the keys upon my arrival. I’d explained to Mr. Allen that the only person available to bring me to pick the car up, was my 86 year old mother who would need to drive herself back home over the mountain before dark so please have the paperwork ready for me to sign, hoping to get right in back on the road home together .After waiting 45 minutes to begin to sign papers Mom decided she better start the drive home without me. I’m glad she did because I was there another hour while the finance fellas (one , a trainee) tried to sell me lots of other things. I wish there had been a little more respect for my time. That is why I did not give 5 stars.”

Thank you once again.Old review: In September 2023, I purchased a certified pre-owned Honda Fit from Lou Sobh Honda. They offered me two complimentary oil changes. By December 2023, after driving less than 500 miles and with the oil life indicator at about 80%, I received an email from the dealership suggesting it was time for my complimentary service and oil change. Believing this was based on the email, I went to the dealership for the service.They serviced my car and changed the oil without further explanation, despite the car having only 500 miles since purchase. Later, upon inquiring about the timing for the second oil change, I was informed that it should occur after 5,000 miles or when the oil life reaches about 20%. I expressed my disappointment, explaining that my car had only traveled about 500 miles with an 80% oil life remaining.I feel it would have been beneficial if the staff had advised me against an oil change so early, especially since it was part of my complimentary service. It seems premature to have used one of these services at 500 miles. I hope to receive another complimentary oil change, considering this confusion and early use of the service.”

Got asked by Noah what could he do to help and I told him of my need for this never seen before fastener for my wife’s Jeep Wrangler. He ,like me, looked first on the shelf and even in a prepackaged assortment specifically for Jeep vehicles, no luck !!
