“I don't write reviews a lot, but doing one for this shop is not a waste of my time.I'm not good at writing essay, long story short, My car has been there since 2023 March, it's finally fixed but waiting for the final invoice paperwork from the insurance company. It's been nine months, could be done next month or I am expecting more time.All the stresses I've been through during these nine months were unnecessary. I'd say if I come back again, I will just leave everything to Joe and stop worrying about it. Built the trust with this shop the first time I'm working with them.P.S - This shop was recommended by my car accidents lawyer Jay. If you were too, trust both of them.I can only see this business is getting busier and building more loyal customers as long as Joe runs it. It makes me feel they are going beyond or surpass what a regular auto shop suppose to do.If in the future, you are experiencing the same like my case, leave it the them and stop worrying about it. “I recently went in to buy a car and was assigned Tito at Hennessy Porsche. Tito was the best salesman I have ever interacted with! He was knowledgeable about the car and even printed me the car fax to be transparent with me about all services the car has had and how well maintained it was. During the test drive Tito really wanted to show me how the car handled in all conditions to see if I truly liked it, we went through windy roads and bumpy ones so I could test how the car handled those situations. He even had me let go of the steering wheel to ensure that the wheel would not shake to show me how well maintained the car was with no issue! Tito was great from the beginning answering all my questions to the very end in talking about pricing and financing. I felt in very good hands through out the process and he was even courteous to ask if he was going too fast to which i replied no! I have a lot of respect for Tito, and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a car and have a salesman truly take great care of them.
