They are simply easy to work with, which when you are dealing with an unpleasant circumstance, is highly important. “Just wanted to relate my great experience and offer my highest recommendation to this shop, it's owner and it's employees. My classic car was recently involved in an accident and I did not know of a high quality shop that could repair a 31 year old vehicle with an engine swap as well as many other after market additions that made this vehicle unique. Fortunately this shop was recommended to me by a person who had done other work on my car. I read their reviews, spoke to the owner and he really put my mind at ease. From the start Shannon assured me that he and his crew could get my car back to what it was before the accident. And wow, did they really deliver. Everyone knows that dealing with insurance companies can really be a hassle, especially when they haver no idea of the rarity of a particular vehicle and the additional labor costs it takes when you are dealing with many aftermarket items that have been added to my car. Shannon was instrumental in dealing with them and the additional labor costs involved in the supplemental estimate he submitted. I was able to be completely reimbursed for the entire cost of the repair even though originally the insurance companies estimate was several thousand dollars too low.
Bottom line, whether your vehicle is a newer model or more of a classic hobby and show car, if you need body or paint work, Shannon and his crew are awesome. If I need any body or paint work done in the future to any of my vehicles, Auto Body and Collision Solutions is where I'll go. I'll post a couple of before the repair and after, judge for yourself.

“Great customer service. I just needed to borrow or rent a tool to pull a scooter clutch drive apart. With no hesitation they brought the tool over to the counter and helped me pull clutch right there (I had the clutch with me for reference) The one guy even held the clutch basket down while I cranked the hub apart. I asked what I owed them, he’s like “We’re good. Have a good rest of your day, glad it worked out.” Definitely made my day..”

“The owner is very customer oriented and quick to answer any questions he can. I picked up 2 gallons of the CVT fluid to see if it would fix a lurching issue the car had at 1200rpms. To everyone's surprise it made the issue go away. I'll be picking up some more to flush my cars transmission after feeling how smooth my wife's infinity was driving.”
