I called Wildcat as a recommendation from another hydraulic shop. Even though they didn't have any either, Greg made something for me that fit my application and helped me get my job done. Awesome place, Greg went above and beyond to help me out when I ran out of options, and he even gave me the best deal he could on the parts. Service like that is very rare nowadays and I appreciate it GREATLY, other staff were also very friendly and helpful. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the store front inventory needs to be updated.”

He tested my battery, and it was dead, bad corrosion on the posts, too. He put in a new battery for me, cleaned up the posts, and put a shim to help tighten the posts. Awesome service! “My daughter & I came to this dealership to look at a few different vehicles that I had seen on FB & pretty much as soon as she seen the 2013 Ford C Max Hybrid she fell in love. The man that owns the dealership was nice & definitely not pushy, he asked me what we were looking for & I told him that I had seen some vehicles on FB that I had saved & he waited for me to pull it up on my phone & he showed me all the cars on my list unless it had been sold. When my daughter told me she wanted the C Max & we were checking it out the man's wife arrived & told us that her husband had to go to pickup some other cars & that she would take care of us if we had any questions or anything. Well needless to say we ended up buying the car & she even stayed well past closing time so we wouldn't have to come back the next day which I really did appreciated. The only thing that I thought was rediculous was that when I asked if I could pay with my debit card she said yes but that I would have to pay a fee for her to use the square she told me that the fee was gonna be over a $100 but she'd split the difference with me cuz I didn't have any extra money. I have never had anyone charge me for swiping my card through square & if I could've I would've went to the bank & got cash instead of having to pay them $50 extra just to swipe my card.”
