“For awhile the changed there hours and closed at 5pm daily and I was ready to transfer my prescriptions to CVS because those hours were very inconvenient. I complain. Many others must have complained because the hour are now back to the way thet were and I'm a happy comper again and won't need to make any changes.”

“Not much has changed here at Cortez Drugs. Susan left and we have a new guy named Keith that took her place. Keith is a nice and friendly guy. You will never wait a long time here. If they have the drug you'll be in and out in 15 minutes. No waiting for an hour like you do at the drugstores like Walgreens or Publix. Lots of knickknacks to buy here from greeting cards to magnifying glasses to flashlights. Come here and instead of waiting at a chain drugstore, you'll be happy you did. One last thing, when you're ready for a refill on your drug they will text you to let you know and you just answer yes or no. When it's ready to pick up, they will text you again. I like that.”

The doc sent me to Palmyra Pharmacy and as soon as I went in, they had my prescription ready and charged such a small amount that I didn't even have to use my insurance.They are kind, efficient, and understanding of my needs! “Nature Coast Pharmacy was recommend by our mother’s home health care nurse. They combine your meds into daily doses and seal them in a blister pack. All my mother has to do is punch out the pills every morning. Small pharmacy tucked into a strip mall on 19. This is not a CVS or Walgreens type of pharmacy. But don’t allow the store front to put you off. They are very helpful and they deliver to your door for no extra charge. If you are looking for a better way to handle your own or a loved ones medications, this is a good option.”

“Writing about my experience: 12/14 2:47pmI come to this Winn Dixie many times over my lunch break. The associates at the deli are very wonderful people, always remember what I want to order, food always comes out fresh. Of course it can it backed up at times but rest assured they don’t forget about you and are very polite in letting you know about the wait. I really like their tatertots and jalepeno poppers, they are to die for! On top of excellent service at the deli, checking out was a great experience too. There were 2-3 people in each checkout line and Sam (customer service desk) saw I only had 1 item and was nice to let me check out through his line, he was very well mannered. Overall my shopping experience was great and I’d recommend this particular store to others, I appreciate the effort made to make everyone feel welcomed in their store.”

“This is the store I shop at. The staff is awesome they all know me of course . Today it was raining really hard so I was sitting in my car waiting for it to slow up and this is what I witness. The employee her name is Devina she was helping an elderly lady out to her car had the big umbrella and was more worried about keeping the customer under the umbrella then herself. The lady could not get her car unlocked kept trying by this time Devina sweater was extremely wet. Finally the lady got the drivers side door open and jumped in the car and left Devina in the rain. Devina finally was able to get the back door open and put her groceries in the car for her. This whole time Devina had a smile on her face. When I entered the store I found Devina and thanked her and told one of the manager what I had witnessed. This is why I shop at Publix!!’ Sorry for the long post. Thank you Devina!”

“During our latest fuel stop, we encountered the most delightful station attendant, Paul. No sooner than I was telling my husband "they could use someone out here directing traffic" did Paul emerge through the lines speaking to every car and showing them which gas pump lane to turn into. He went so far as to verbally assist an older driver in reversing, turning, and adjusting into the now-open gas lane next to them so they could allow others to pass behind and around them. This associate Paul seems to be an invaluable asset to your team, he deserves nothing but praise.”

“I've dealt with this pharmacy for years they were great all through the years if all the pharmacies didn't have the medicine my wife was looking for they did and not only that they would accept partial payments like visa and card all the pharmacies I couldn't do that the staff is nice everybody there is friendly my only issue is this the hours of operation something has to be done about that the voice messaging system when you call and they can't get to the phone says 6:00 p.m. that's not true it's really 5:00 p.m. but even if you show up at 4:30 sometimes Don leaves early you really got a call before you go but other than that everything's great”

“I'm not sure if policies changed since my last prescription pick-up (2yrs ago) or if the worker wasn't trained properly. This is the first time that I didn't have to provide a signature or show proof of my identity. They didn't even go over my address info or phone number. There were no other customers so it's not like they were overwhelmed and were absent minded. She took her time but didn't ask for anything except the total amount owed. Aside from that..I actually really like this Publix location and the convenience of the drive-thru pharmacy.”

“Just moved here recently and was trying to get used to new doctors and pharmacy. Been using our Publix down the street for my husband's and my medications. Ran into a problem today with a medication my insurance company would not pay for. The pharmacist, I'm pretty sure it was, a lady with blonde hair, actually went to bat for me making phone calls to get my medication approved and at a lower price. She called me back like she said she would and got my prescription ready in 30 mins. She went over and above what I expected and turned a bad situation into a good one. Very impressed by her and the staff there.”
