“During our latest fuel stop, we encountered the most delightful station attendant, Paul. No sooner than I was telling my husband "they could use someone out here directing traffic" did Paul emerge through the lines speaking to every car and showing them which gas pump lane to turn into. He went so far as to verbally assist an older driver in reversing, turning, and adjusting into the now-open gas lane next to them so they could allow others to pass behind and around them. This associate Paul seems to be an invaluable asset to your team, he deserves nothing but praise.”

“I've dealt with this pharmacy for years they were great all through the years if all the pharmacies didn't have the medicine my wife was looking for they did and not only that they would accept partial payments like visa and card all the pharmacies I couldn't do that the staff is nice everybody there is friendly my only issue is this the hours of operation something has to be done about that the voice messaging system when you call and they can't get to the phone says 6:00 p.m. that's not true it's really 5:00 p.m. but even if you show up at 4:30 sometimes Don leaves early you really got a call before you go but other than that everything's great”

I was having trouble filling a script, literally driving around all morning to different pharmacies, so I came here, the tech and the pharmacist were super nice and helpful... And FAST. He got it done in 15 min, I got some Starbucks, bought some unnecessary items at Target (which you have to do when inside a Target), and he was done.”

“?Shout-out to manager Danny! I had a recent medical incident thankfully near the bench at the end of my check-out lane. He appeared immediately as well as other front-end staff! He offered to call for medical as well as family, but I quickly recovered enough to drive home. He walked me to my car and suggested I just sit there awhile which I did. And more recently I was looking for a paticular item . Danny checked on his app and then proceeded to go get the item and bring it to me! This is my neighborhood store and I have never been disappointed in nearly 16 years!”

“We shop at this Sam's Club about every other month for a large grocery haul. We do not have a Sam's Club in our County and this store is the closest at a 25 minute drive. Most of the time this location is well stocked but recently we noticed some staples like butter, heavy whipping cream and eggs were hit or miss. So when we find these necessities, we now stock up so we don't have to travel again to shop. The store is clean, the employees are helpful and friendly- love the free samples to try items we have never purchased before. Their rotisserie chickens are big, beautiful and priced well. We always purchase one to eat that day after the long drive and shopping. We get a lot of other things besides food - Sam's has a rather large wine section plus they have a section for personal care and vitamins in front of their pharmacy . Then they have a clothes section, books and toy section near the outdoor section near the electronics. Anything you can think of they have - cleaning solutions, beverages galore. You can spend many hours shopping and discovering new items. After going through the check out line there is a small Cafe that offers drinks, pizzas, hot dogs, yogurt parfaits, a Ceasars salad, frozen yogurt, pretzels and Icees. My family always sits down and has a snack after all that walking around.One of my favorite places to shop and I look forward to one day having a Sam's Club in our County.”

“10/05/23 I don’t know if the Brooksville pharmacy reads these reviews, but I just wanted to let you know that an old woman that is complaining about the professionalism of the pharmacist is 100% in the wrong. I’ve been sitting in a waiting room listening to this woman make phone calls inquiring about her prescription. She’s had all the calls on speaker phone. The pharmacist she was talking to was very patient and professional while this older woman berated her and wouldn’t listen to any of her answers. She then hung up and called the store manager to complain about the pharmacist.”

She even called me on the intercom, so I did not have to wait longer than necessary in the store! In these difficult times, when going out is a bit scary, it is refreshing that people like Jill ACTUALLY CARE and try to help others with important things like getting medication. “Not much has changed here at Cortez Drugs. Susan left and we have a new guy named Keith that took her place. Keith is a nice and friendly guy. You will never wait a long time here. If they have the drug you'll be in and out in 15 minutes. No waiting for an hour like you do at the drugstores like Walgreens or Publix. Lots of knickknacks to buy here from greeting cards to magnifying glasses to flashlights. Come here and instead of waiting at a chain drugstore, you'll be happy you did. One last thing, when you're ready for a refill on your drug they will text you to let you know and you just answer yes or no. When it's ready to pick up, they will text you again. I like that.”
