The doc sent me to Palmyra Pharmacy and as soon as I went in, they had my prescription ready and charged such a small amount that I didn't even have to use my insurance.They are kind, efficient, and understanding of my needs! “Nature Coast Pharmacy was recommend by our mother’s home health care nurse. They combine your meds into daily doses and seal them in a blister pack. All my mother has to do is punch out the pills every morning. Small pharmacy tucked into a strip mall on 19. This is not a CVS or Walgreens type of pharmacy. But don’t allow the store front to put you off. They are very helpful and they deliver to your door for no extra charge. If you are looking for a better way to handle your own or a loved ones medications, this is a good option.”
“Writing about my experience: 12/14 2:47pmI come to this Winn Dixie many times over my lunch break. The associates at the deli are very wonderful people, always remember what I want to order, food always comes out fresh. Of course it can it backed up at times but rest assured they don’t forget about you and are very polite in letting you know about the wait. I really like their tatertots and jalepeno poppers, they are to die for! On top of excellent service at the deli, checking out was a great experience too. There were 2-3 people in each checkout line and Sam (customer service desk) saw I only had 1 item and was nice to let me check out through his line, he was very well mannered. Overall my shopping experience was great and I’d recommend this particular store to others, I appreciate the effort made to make everyone feel welcomed in their store.”

“This is the store I shop at. The staff is awesome they all know me of course . Today it was raining really hard so I was sitting in my car waiting for it to slow up and this is what I witness. The employee her name is Devina she was helping an elderly lady out to her car had the big umbrella and was more worried about keeping the customer under the umbrella then herself. The lady could not get her car unlocked kept trying by this time Devina sweater was extremely wet. Finally the lady got the drivers side door open and jumped in the car and left Devina in the rain. Devina finally was able to get the back door open and put her groceries in the car for her. This whole time Devina had a smile on her face. When I entered the store I found Devina and thanked her and told one of the manager what I had witnessed. This is why I shop at Publix!!’ Sorry for the long post. Thank you Devina!”

This is the first time that I didn't have to provide a signature or show proof of my identity. They didn't even go over my address info or phone number. There were no other customers so it's not like they were overwhelmed and were absent minded. She took her time but didn't ask for anything except the total amount owed. Aside from that..I actually really like this Publix location and the convenience of the drive-thru pharmacy.”

“Just moved here recently and was trying to get used to new doctors and pharmacy. Been using our Publix down the street for my husband's and my medications. Ran into a problem today with a medication my insurance company would not pay for. The pharmacist, I'm pretty sure it was, a lady with blonde hair, actually went to bat for me making phone calls to get my medication approved and at a lower price. She called me back like she said she would and got my prescription ready in 30 mins. She went over and above what I expected and turned a bad situation into a good one. Very impressed by her and the staff there.”

The big chains kept changing suppliers, so I would get a "mixed" bottle. Never knew what color or shape the pill would come in. Brother has memory issues and this would confuse him. But no issues with these professionals.”
“I placed an online order added my clipped coupon and paid for it. My order was canceled due to not having the product available, I called the store and spoke to the manager Calvin who went above and beyond to assist me. Calvin didn't have the exact product ( axe body wash) but was able to give me the same brand with a different smell. There was an issue with my account not having the coupon available since it was applied to my canceled order so Calvin contacted the corporate office and since they had a three day turn around time to help me with my order and getting my coupon put back on my card, Calvin worked his magic and was able to still get me the product at the same cost! This is true costumer service! Thank you Calvin!”
“This Publix location is a nice, clean grocery store that we use often. They have a large selection at the deli. The layout is well thought out and easy to navigate for our weekly shopping trips. While I tend to use some other grocery chains for some of our pantry items, I feel Publix offers a higher standard when it comes to meats and seafood. The customer service department is welcoming and happy to order items that you may need but, that they don't carry at this particular location. All you have to do is fill out a form and ask. They will work with you, if it's possible. Overall, I'd recommend this store to any of the locals to get their family's weekly groceries. Look out for BOGO and other sales and coupons by using the free Publix app. It definitely helps minimize the damage to your budget. However, when it comes to food that I feed my family with, quality matters. Publix delivers..... I subtracted one star simply because this location is a bit smaller than others and has a tiny bit less to offer. However, it's likely due to its location. The business itself is something I respect and would recommend fully. :)”
