I can proudly say that I couldn’t be happier to have switched to Prime Care pharmacy !! They always have my Medications ready and Filled on time. If there’s any issues with prescriptions or insurance They’ll immediately reach out to whom they have to contact ,and get the situation resolved. Prime Care pharmacists are very personable.!! They know me by name and Face the moment I walk in the door.and the best part is there’s never a line. :)”

Logan was not only friendly and professional but personable an we didn't feel rushed like we usually do when ordering he was happy to cut certain deli items an even explained more items/subs publixs offers too! It's nice to find a good employee that cares”

“Pine brook Pharmacy #2 has totally lost all control since the new crew the first of the year, they have screwed up my husband's scripts every month since January, I finally transferred my prescriptions last week to another pharmacy and they would not transfer them, had all kinds of reasons, my doc and new pharm said they were full of it, bunch of game playing nuts, if you complain about service they will delete your scripts. Beware, not the same run place, I used them 15 years but could not take the new crew and monthly errors anymore.”

“Did our shopping today at the Brooksville store, even though I have never had a bad experience with anyone there, today was an excellent experience. My disabled husband started out on a motorized cart and got to the back of the store by the sodas and battery went from 100 percent to dead. He called out to me " oh shoot" and before I had time to ask what happened your employee Jose was walking past, stop and asked if everything was alright. My husband told him what happened then Jose told him to sit right there and he would get us another one. On the second cart we got to the meat department and it stopped. Who happened to walk by but Jose asked if everything was ok? He proceeded to go get my husband another cart being as polite as could be. Got to the register and our cashier was all bright and was happy to help me with unloading my cart. I am sorry I forgot his name because in a world of employees who act like they hate working much less going out of their way for a customer you have a great crew who made my husband's and my time in your store a pleasure. What ever management is doing right for the employees keep it up.”

“My first experience with Canada Drugs and so far it was excellent. The Young Lady that helped me was fantastic. The patients of a saint. She ordered my blood thinning medication that my insurance company told me that I'd have to pay almost full price for because it was a high tier medication. My Cardiologist wanted me on this one for several reasons but most of all I didn't need monthly bloodwork. I don't care it's generic, I can afford it. Shame on the US government for not stepping in and letting these insurance companies get away with what ever.”

“Sam's Club gas station is preferable to me over regular ones but the nearest Sam's Club to us is over 20 mi away. This one is always super busy now that they have opened it up to Walmart shoppers. Knowing you'll have a long wait helps you get into the right mind space before you go there. We're very happy with the discount, so when we are out that way it is worth it!”
“We shop at this Sam's Club about every other month for a large grocery haul. We do not have a Sam's Club in our County and this store is the closest at a 25 minute drive. Most of the time this location is well stocked but recently we noticed some staples like butter, heavy whipping cream and eggs were hit or miss. So when we find these necessities, we now stock up so we don't have to travel again to shop. The store is clean, the employees are helpful and friendly- love the free samples to try items we have never purchased before. Their rotisserie chickens are big, beautiful and priced well. We always purchase one to eat that day after the long drive and shopping. We get a lot of other things besides food - Sam's has a rather large wine section plus they have a section for personal care and vitamins in front of their pharmacy . Then they have a clothes section, books and toy section near the outdoor section near the electronics. Anything you can think of they have - cleaning solutions, beverages galore. You can spend many hours shopping and discovering new items. After going through the check out line there is a small Cafe that offers drinks, pizzas, hot dogs, yogurt parfaits, a Ceasars salad, frozen yogurt, pretzels and Icees. My family always sits down and has a snack after all that walking around.One of my favorite places to shop and I look forward to one day having a Sam's Club in our County.”

“Just moved here recently and was trying to get used to new doctors and pharmacy. Been using our Publix down the street for my husband's and my medications. Ran into a problem today with a medication my insurance company would not pay for. The pharmacist, I'm pretty sure it was, a lady with blonde hair, actually went to bat for me making phone calls to get my medication approved and at a lower price. She called me back like she said she would and got my prescription ready in 30 mins. She went over and above what I expected and turned a bad situation into a good one. Very impressed by her and the staff there.”
