“As a 19 year old with little to no credit I was able to refinance with Compass a year ago and I’ve had such a good experience with them. Lately I wanted a 2nd credit card and they made it possible. It was such an easy process and was approved for a decent amount compared to what Discovery and Capital one offered me and only having a year of open credit! In addition, George and the rest of the staff has also always been so helpful and are quick to respond when you need help or have any questions. I’ve had nothing but a good experience with Compass and I couldn’t thank them enough.”

“My wife and I went to Tropical Financial Credit Union (Kendall Office) to get a receipt showing that our 2010 Lexus RX350 Car Loan (2009-2015) had been Paid in Full. We were in the process of selling our 2010 Lexus RX350 and needed that information to document that there were no liens on the car. Sofia helped us and she was fantastic. She listened carefully, researched our accounts records and was able to provide us with the balance statement on the loan showing it was fully paid for.In addition, she went beyond the scope of our request and printed us a copy of the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles records showing No Liens on our Lexus Vehicle Identification Number.Sophia was pleasant, knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations. Sophia has excellent Customer Service Skills.”
