We visited the North Dade Branch office and was greeted immediately with Courtesy. Not once did we feel lost in not knowing what to do. Upon checking in our wait in the lobby was short. We were able to sit in an office with a real person and not stand at the tellers window to open an account! Our concerns were addressed and the different choice options were explained and understood clearly. I was amazed that the young lady who opened our account and greeted us was the assistant manager, Ms. Britton. She took her time and made us feel like we belong.
