“I needed a rental car while my vehicle was being repaired after an accident. My car insurance recommended this hertz location at the st Augustine airport. They were wonderful to work with. They picked me up at the collision center and brought me to the airport office to finish the paperwork. They provided an SUV similar to what I had and priced within my insurance coverage. They also took me back to the collision center when my car was ready. I believe I worked with Derek during these 2 visits. Everything was handled extremely well and was a very positive experience. Would use this location again.”
