“I started driving from Missouri at 10:00 PM last night and drove straight through to St. Augustine over 800 miles. As I was pulling into the hotel parking lot my CV joint blew completely apart. Someone helped me push it into the hotel parking lot and I Googled shops near me. This was the first one on the list and it had a 4.9 star rating and was only .4 miles from my hotel. I called then and told them my problem and that I just drove all night to get here on vacation. They quoted me a price and I had to ask them to repeat it several times because it was unbelievable low. I had my vehicle towed to their shop and they got mythe parts and fixed it within three hours and they did it for an unbelievably low price. They were quick, professional and very friendly. Chris had the work done a half hour earlier than service book time and charged me less than the original quote. He is smart, knowledgeable and careful about his work. Excellent customer service communication. This is the best Auto repair shop in St. Augustine that I have been too. He doesn't try to oversell you things you don't need.
