“t clearly states on Google the store is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. The store is not privately owned it is corporately owned. My husband and I have NEVER had a bad experience here with the current manager. Yes the outside is being renovated as well as the inside but Richard’s always sure to accommodate in any way he can.Last time we had a local move it fell on Wednesday and he was able to make it easy and stress free despite them being closed he answered his personal phone to answer our questions.This will remain my go to location in the palencia area.”

“This location was extremely helpful throughout the reservation and pick up process. Our plans changed multiple times and they assisted through that. When it was time to pick up our truck the uhaul systems were down and didn’t work until after hours. They helped process the pickup after hours to be sure we were able to make our move date. Great service and friendly people!”

“Polite and knowledgeable associate in the store, van was clean, overall good experience. However, hidden fees such as the ‘required’ $11 coverage on the van should be clearly explained either in store /before/ getting the vehicle OR online when making the reservation. I selected no coverage, immediately reimburse u-haul when making my reservation online. It wasn’t until I was in the middle of my short in town move that I saw the $11 charge on my paper. It wasn’t explained beforehand that it was required therefore time was wasted trying to figure that out. I’m sure others would prefer this to be clearly stated as well, nobody likes surprises on a bill or hidden fees/charges whether is be $11 or $100. Principle is the same. I will rent from this location again should we need services in St Augustine.”

“we had rented a Kia Novi at the airport in Savannah and could not find charging stations, and lost a whole day of our very short vacation.we found a Budget rental office in St Augustine and a man named Teddy got us into a gas powered car and sent us on our way finally happy, relieved, and ready to enjoy the rest of our trip! He is an exceptionally good person and Budget is lucky to have him!!”
