“I’m only sorry that I didn’t leave this review sooner (family emergencies) because Commerce Lane deserves ALLLL the body shop business. They are EASY, HONEST, RELIABLE, AUTHENTIC, and INEXPENSIVE.
I’m not being compensated in some way for leaving this review. I just believe in spreading the good word when good work is done.
I had gone to several body shops in the area and to some further north and everyone made a big production about the estimates (a lot of waiting around) and they were above all through the roof expensive (almost 2x the price!!).
Damian greeted me immediately, was friendly, no nonsense, and did an EXCEPTIONAL job on my car. He took a look at the damage and gave me an estimate on the spot. They also replaced a cracked tail light without charging me labor for it as Deel VW wanted to do, nor did they markup the price for the part which was $85 (not $256 and $435 like the quotes I’d gotten elsewhere).
Damian made my car look brand new and the paint job was phenomenal!
No orange peel here folks!
Michelle in the office is another straight up angel baby. She is kind, knowledgeable, and looks out for “her girls.” The whole process was effortless. You are treated like family here and I really can’t say enough good things about them.
I have my awesome mechanic crew with Jorge at Midas on Bird Road and now I’ve got my car’s fantastic plastic surgeons with my guy Damian and my gal Michelle at Commerce Lane and I will not be going to anyone else for body shop work from here on out. Period.”
