“Ron and the lady at the front office (I forgot her name) were amazing! We were traveling from Atlanta and were in Miami for the week when my car threw a check engine light. Ron and his staff quickly figured out the problem and ordered the new part I needed. They gave me a discount on labor when the part was more expensive than they thought. We came in around 11 and were back on the road by 2:30! The next day, the plastic water guard cover at the bottom of my car came loose and started to scratch the road when I was driving. I took it back to this place and they fixed it in literally 5 mins with no charge! As a woman in her early 20’s, I always dread going to the mechanic out of fear of being taken advantage of. Ron and his staff were always so honest, fairly priced, made sure I understood the issue (without talking down to me) and made me feel the most comfortable I’ve ever felt at an mechanic shop. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!”

“I came to Mike’s for a second opinion on my 2020 M340i. Went to get set of new tires and an alignment at another shop. They told me that my steering knuckle was out of spec to the point it needed replacement to perform an alignment. Mike’s did an inspection of the suspension and everything looked kosher to them. They did the alignment and showed me the before/after readout. Everything within spec. What could have been a costly, unnecessary repair, was avoided by the good guys at Mike’s. I would have expected a high price to fix my car but he quoted me $1,000 to fix my car. When I brought in my car, the bumper was scraped so bad that when I came to picked it up ( a day early I might add) it looked brand new! He even gave me tips on how to maintain my car! Rear seal failed at 2K, rats! Wayne picked the car up in Dallas, shipped to Miami, fixed and returned to me at zero cost. 10k on her since, it’s like butter. Great engine, great service. Trust em!”

My 2016 VW Golf Sportwagen was inoperable for three months due to a rack and pinion steering system that failed at 40k miles (don't get me started). Neither a German car repair shop nor a VW dealer could get an OEM replacement from VW or from their selected outlets, and the car sat and sat at the dealer. Then Peter at Pro Auto Brokers said: "Call BRANIF; they'll have it." And they did: after being without a car for three months, I had the repaired car back in one day with a system taken from another car. It has performed flawlessly these past three months. And when you call the shop, an actual, friendly person answers; when you go there, you can tell right away that people are happy to work in the place. “I first found exotic collision when I needed repairs on my Porsche Cayenne. When you have a nice vehicle, some places try to take advantage and charge ridiculously high prices. I went to a total of 4 high-end repair shops to get estimates. Exotic collision prices were by far the most fair and reasonable.
