“I visited this location and immediately was greeted by Mario. . I told her i had recently called about complimentary battery test/charging. She told me to bring the batteries which i did. She tested the batteries and advised me that some were either dead(and possibly chargeable or dead and needed replacement). She went ahead and still charged them up.All in all, I am very grateful for Maria's exemplary and legendary customer service skills. She went above and beyond to try to get me out of a pickle. “If you ever need to fix your car please call Billy!He is so kind and understanding to my situation that he even gave me a student discount! I would have expected a high price to fix my car but he quoted me $1,000 to fix my car. When I brought in my car, the bumper was scraped so bad that when I came to picked it up ( a day early I might add) it looked brand new! He even gave me tips on how to maintain my car! If my friends are ever in a situation where their car needs to be fix I would tell them to call Billy because he is just that good at his job. 10/10 recommended.Thank you Billy!!!!”

“Coming up on 12,000 miles on a Vertex built 3.8L engine in my 06 911S. After purchase, I had the car shipped from NC. I had them do the install there, though I live in Dallas. Rear seal failed at 2K, rats! Wayne picked the car up in Dallas, shipped to Miami, fixed and returned to me at zero cost. 10k on her since, it’s like butter. Great engine, great service. Trust em!”

“I highly recommend the excellent people at BRANIF! My 2016 VW Golf Sportwagen was inoperable for three months due to a rack and pinion steering system that failed at 40k miles (don't get me started). Neither a German car repair shop nor a VW dealer could get an OEM replacement from VW or from their selected outlets, and the car sat and sat at the dealer. Then Peter at Pro Auto Brokers said: "Call BRANIF; they'll have it." And they did: after being without a car for three months, I had the repaired car back in one day with a system taken from another car. It has performed flawlessly these past three months. And when you call the shop, an actual, friendly person answers; when you go there, you can tell right away that people are happy to work in the place. Great family; great service; loads of knowledge and dedication to finding out what needs fixing. My strongest recommendation!”

Agreed on a date to get my car repaired. Brought in my car on set date and it was done two days later. I had a scratch on my bumper and when asking about some other scratches and price, Jorge offered to take care of them, too. They were small and maybe no biggy for him, but he did myself a big favor.
