“I took my Alfa Romeo Giulia to Rick Case with a coolant leak. It took two weeks to find the cause of the leak and two more weeks to be approved with my Mopar extended warranty. Mopar denied the approval and the cost of all the things needed to be fix was 8,000 dollars. I was desperate and looking in Google I found Alfa Garage. I saw the reviews and decided to give it a try. I called and George answer the phone. I explained my situation and he gave me reassurance. That same day he make arrangements with a tow truck and took my car from the dealer to his shop. In two weeks my car was fixed and for less than half the cost at the dealer. He fixed the coolant leak, an oil leak, brakes, the front bumper, etc. I thank God to let me find George. I live in Cooper City but I am going to take my car to Alfa Garage from now on for maintenance and anything that my car needs. Thank you, George.”

In my own personal experience I had made an appointment to go to them to install a dash camera and I was personally attended by the owner Santiago himself. This was my first experience with Santiago and on the day of the appointment they were very punctual on time. During the installation one of the cables I needed was short. Santiago took upon himself on his day off to come and pick me up to go to Best Buy to get one. Though, we were unable able to find it. So, he got on his phone and tried to find the nearest location where we can find one and we did at Walmart to make sure I have the camera installed today.This demonstrates how serious about how Santiago handle his business which no less than 100% customer satisfaction. Santiago won’t leave you hanging this all I can say. Please, check him out they do sound and security system, car window tinting, and car wrap and detailing.”

“The hinge on my rear window hatch broke and had detached from the window. I picked up the parts and went to 2 places that told me they couldn't do it today and I'd have to wait until Monday which would cost 2 days of work I'd have to cancel. I pulled up Eagle Auto Glass, had a good feeling about them, called to ask if they could do it, told them I have the parts already and Jose told me to come right now. I did and they removed the old ones and installed the new super quick, I believe in 10 minutes or less!!! I knew it was a quick job which is why I was disappointed with the 2 places that sent me away. I'm so thankful for Jose at Eagle autoglass for getting this done expertly and expeditiously!!! It cost $75 to have both hinges done which I feel is reasonable considering it was done so well and quickly and prevents me from missing out of work. Thank you so much Jose!!!”

“This is without a doubt the best auto repair shop I have ever used. Oscar and his crew do great work, are completely honest and their prices are very reasonable. Anything they repair or replace they are happy to visually show you the wear and the parts they replaced. I brought my VW Jetta here after the dealer recommended it was time for a timing belt replacement. The dealer quoted $1400 for replacing just the belt. Oscar quoted me $850.00 and their repair charge included changing all the pulleys along with the water pump, which makes the most sense while the car is already taken apart. In addition, I mentioned I needed the tires rotated, they took care of it free of charge.”

“I purchased a used vehicle from Maher Chevrolet ( Thanks Mark) on Wednesday. Part of the deal was for a replacement windshield. Steve contacted me on Thursday to set an appointment for 8 am Friday. He came to my house on time, explained in detail what he was going to do, and explained what caused the issues with the old windshield. “Best service I’ve ever had at a collision center! I don’t usually write reviews about these things but, they got the parts from my car, painted and ready within nine days! That’s replacing an entire rear bumper, and when I picked up the car, they even washed it and cleaned it inside and out. I’ve never heard of a collision center cleaning your car, the young lady at the front was super nice and would call you with updates of the vehicle. I really felt like they had first class service. ?? it did a great job. My rear bumper looks beautiful painted and there are zero panel gaps. I’m pretty OCD about those things. Car looks great.
