I just turned my car back in today and let me say that the tag team duo (Shawn & Derian) at the Nursery Fields / Baymeadows branch are top notch!! They took great care of me and my family while we were in between vehicles. They always picked up the phone, were always pleasant and were always willing to go the extra mile.

“Jax Fiat is actually Jacksonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat, and Fiat is obviously the red-haired stepchild in that deal. This is a big dealership, and it's run like a little factory; effectively but somewhat impersonal. I am more in favor of smaller dealerships, but that's my preference and not something I can fault this place for. I will keep going there for as long as I have the Fiat and they keep providing the parts and service. I give them four stars, because to get to the size they are they must be doing something right. I'll keep the fifth star because they are too big for my liking.”
“I regularly travel for work and otherwise, and find myself renting from this location frequently. While traveling itself can be stressful and color unexpected situations in a worse light than they may objectively be, I can honestly say Ms. Kay and Joe have been nothing but helpful, professional, and kind during all of my experiences with them.Recently, I made a mistake while booking that I did not notice until shortly before my trip, and which would have cost me nearly $1,200 to fix — yet Ms. Kay worked with me, despite my frustrations, and helped me make the necessary changes with no additional cost to my reservation.Likewise, a year ago, someone broke into the car I rented by smashing out one of the windows — a very stressful first. Yet when I called this location to inform them of the issue, Joe very calmly walked me through the process and helped every step of the way, turning a high stress situation into a positive experience (relatively speaking).Companies are companies and are made to make money (can't fault them for making a buck), but I've been in this location enough times to confidently say — it takes respect, to get respect, so if your experience with Ms. Kay or Joe has been anything less than courteous, you should consider your own actions/reactions first.”
