“I was taking a business trip from Tallahassee to Fernandina Beach. Because of Spring Break, I was not able to find a local rental so I was lucky and found one in Jacksonville. I rode with a coworker to the rental facility and aside from the traffic in the area that I am NOT used to, the staff was friendly, upgraded my rental at no charge due to the selected vehicle not being ready yet, and it was fast and easy. I may never have to rent from there again (it was a strange circumstance) but am glad the process went well, and though I was hesitant to drive such a large truck, it was a great ride in the end. There is not much room for parking, so be prepared for that.”

“I had a really difficult time with Enterprise Rent-A-Car on my last trip to JAX. The open reservation system they have is horrendous -- it allows you to reserve a car at a location even if that location does not have the car. Even after calling them over the phone, asking if they were on location at the Lem Turner location, and having them confirm that they did indeed have the vehicle I required on location, I arrived to find that this is not the case. Enterprise's central phone bank will make your reservation without any consideration and leave it to the actual location to pick up the pieces. This is not a good experience.That being said, the team at this particular location went above and beyond to make sure that my party was able to secure a vehicle in the short time frame that we had. I want to specifically call out Josh and Shelly for their outstanding customer service. I hope that Enterprise fixes their broken reservation system so that folks like Josh and Shelly don't have to continually put out fires on their behalf. I would recommend this location to others, just make sure you make a reservation a few weeks in advance!”

“I needed replacement parts to hold the wndshield onto the frame. They didn’t have new parts in stock, but she looked in a box with used parts and found what I needed. I asked “how much?” and she said “no charge”. She also gave me a replacement key at no charge. Doesn’t get any better than that.”

“I was leaving out of town on a road trip and my Jeep needed an oil change. They were able to get me in that day on short notice. They do get very busy so I recommend making an appointment. The owner also told me I had too much pressure in my tires which I was very appreciative of. The Jeep ran better and I will be coming back here for my next oil change as I felt they were very honest.”

“Jax Fiat is actually Jacksonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat, and Fiat is obviously the red-haired stepchild in that deal. This is a big dealership, and it's run like a little factory; effectively but somewhat impersonal. I am more in favor of smaller dealerships, but that's my preference and not something I can fault this place for. I will keep going there for as long as I have the Fiat and they keep providing the parts and service. I give them four stars, because to get to the size they are they must be doing something right. I'll keep the fifth star because they are too big for my liking.”

“Dollar rental car at the airport is a bunch of thieves. I ubered here for $20 and got a reasonable rate and great service. Definitely worth the slight inconvenience to get here if the airport is sold out!They had me in a car in 20 minutes from my walking in. I did call sure to see if they had any vehicles because the airport Enterprise was sold out. Highly recommend this Enterprise for renting if you're flying into JAX. It's like 10 min ride from the airport.You can't return a car from here at the airport though, it's a $300 fee. So be aware of this policy and plan ahead to just Uber back to the airport after dropping off your rental.”
