“Love the convenient of this location. They always friendly and make the process easy. I cant give them a 5 stars because every time I call for the complementary ride to the location they never answer. If the service is offer it should be an online a reservation option. I have to take an Uber every single time. Is better not to offered if is going to be that difficult.”

“I have used this location many times. Yes, they are minimally staffed so it can be a bit slow, and the location is a bit awkward being on the back side of the mall, with the cars way out in the parking lot and no drop box. (Try returning in a downpour.) However, I've never had any issues getting in and out relatively quickly (if there is not a clueless renter or a debit card user ...i.e. someone with no credit.. in front of me.) They have always been accommodating with vehicle choice, last minute rentals and mis-bookings that were my fault.”

“This location was closed awhile ago, but we worked with the store down in Port Richey, and they delivered all the way up here, on a Saturday no less. Definitely check them out as a better alternative to MobilityWorks.”

Very mindful about my time and placed me in a very nice and new vehicle while mine was being serviced. I was there today, 12:29 around 4:00pm. Hopefully they'll know who was working so they can give his accolades.”
