Derek has saved me big time over certain competitors who decided to jack up pretty much everything in their warehouse over the past few months. They seem to have all of your basic pool supplies in stock all of the time, because you need these items today and not next week!Duane at the counter is also very helpful and courteous, he brings all of your heavy pool supplies out to your truck, not just hands them to you at the counter. I have never had this luxury at other places but wow first class service! These guys know whats going on, and they get you in and out like no other. Thanks for the great pricing and service guys.. “We always shop at Lowe's. Yesterday, I went to my local Lowe's to purchase a dishwasher. I took my puppy because it is a dog friendly store. While I was making the transaction, my puppy got restless. Two of the employees played with her so that I could complete the transaction. My puppy loved the attention as well as the glove they used to play with her. She even got to keep it! Lowe's employees go over & above!”

“We have two home improvement stores near me. Sorry to say but Lowes is the go to store. Looking for vinyl flooring, they had the largest selection in all the stores I visited. There has been other things I needed (toilet, kitchen faucet) and Lowes had the lowest price for the same items. I will say that not all employees are cordial, but others are. Jean T.”
