“I had to share an experience my husband had today at East Coast Lumber that reinforces my faith in the goodness of people and another reason we love to shop locally whenever we can.My husband accidentally dropped his cash in one of the aisles while digging out his $5 coupon and credit card. I'm not sure who actually found it and turned it in but one of their employees, Tammy, called us to let us know they had it. My husband hadn't even realized it was missing at that point. “"In Aug of 2012, I became a new customer of Bisco Tool Supply of Fort Pierce, Florida. I had initiated an on line search for cutting tools and decided to view Bisco's web site. Their site was very clear and easy to navigate and I quickly found what I needed at an exceptional price and decided to place the on line order. A short time later, I received a phone call from a very nice lady, Carol. There was a difficulty with my charge card, my problem not theirs. Carol gave me a couple of options and we quickly got it corrected. I had elected UPS ground shipping and asked her if she could approximate the date the order would arrive. I received an immediate confirmation for my entire order and a follow up email stating she had personally routed my order to their warehouse closest to Kentucky. She indicated it would be shipped today and I should receive by tomorrow or the next day at the latest. The following day the order arrived in good condition. I was impressed! Not bad for a first time order by ground that probably would have had a three day turn around that turned into a next day because I asked for and received special attention. Quality goods, ease of ordering, great prices, personal attention to special requests. “availability second to none. be sure to call ahead to make sure they have what you need. Friendly but unaaccurate service. Went to exchange 2 20lb CO2 tanks for my kegorators. the exchange went great except the person working there gave me 2 tanks with no handles. I asked him if he had any with handles and he said he didn't have any with handles but right next to the 2 tanks he gave me with out handles there were a couple of tanks with handles. I asked about those and he told me the had a different gas in them. they didn't I happen to look at them after I got my receipt. It wouldn't have mattered except for my carperal tunnel with wrists. I called an hour before I drive 45 minutes 1 way . the person on the phone told me they had 13 20lbco2 tanks .took me a couple of days for my wrists to feel better to type this review”
