“We had to replace a back, exterior door to the pool patio, but we could not find the odd measurement in any of the big box stores. I called Palm City Millwork as we'd purchased molding & trim in the past from them. I spoke with Bob Voisine who told me they'd have to special order the odd size we needed which I expected. When I seemed a bit unsure of the exact measurements, Bob offered to stop by on his way home from work to confirm the measurements, at no charge (and refused a tip/compensation)! Bob's customer service was extraordinary. PCMW is lucky to have such a quality employee. Also, the door was delivered a week earlier than estimated. If you need to do business with PCMW, I highly recommend requesting Bob Voisine ext. 132.”
