I bought my own brake pads and rotors online and Jack got there to install them at 11, and was finished by 11:50! He charged me 150 for labor, I ended up saved about 600+ dollars!!! I first want to start off and thank Shelby for being so kind and Super thankful she was able to help us out! I as well as my family have used and been very loyal to a few companies near by for our vehicles needs and repairs however I had an issue recently with one of my diagnosis and work done to my car so I was leery about returning there for a recent issue with that being said I felt today walking into Farmers Garage and asking for a simple hand was meant to be. I found a shop to me was not only honest extremely reasonable and they were very kind to our situation. “Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation on my Super Duty.. You guy's mailed me a coupon. Couldn't pass that savings up. Matthew was the service writer. 1st I meet him super nice guy. Have to come back to get the tires rotated. Wasn't able to do it when they were doing the oil change. A situation with the lift and all of the other lifts had truck's on it. So Matthew apologized for the inconvenience and said to stop back and they'll do it and won't be charged for it.”
“I recently went in to get a new rear tire and oil change service on my 2021 Kawasaki ZX6R and these guys did a great job. Nolon the service writer had a wonderful additude and was very helpful threw the whole situation the technician did a great job servicing my bike I was only there about an hour and the bike was clean and running awesome after he was done. Even the GM Scott called a few days after my services to make sure that my visit to them went well! I definitely highly recommend this shop these guys are great!”

“All car dealerships have their scam deals with nitro air and protection packages and so on. They want to beef up their revenue. A typical term is "we recommend" however, in the end, you only need to follow the manufactures service booklet. Yet, forgetting about all of those issues, I do have to admit, the service department of this dealership in Port Richey is absolutely top notch. And because of this, I would drive from Largo to Port Richey for all of my service on my Subaru Ascent. I could have returned to a local Subaru dealership in St. Pete. They proved to me on more than one occasion they could be trust worthy and I never had one issue with my vehicle after having them conduct the regular maintenance. After every visit, I felt secure in knowing I would not have any trouble with my Ascent. And, I did not! The other important issue I noticed was the Service Department employees appeared very happy in their positions. Lots of smiles, sharing information and so on. And when they approach you, in the waiting area, they are friendly and professional at all times. While I am not a fan of Lokey's other dealerships (Nissan and VW) in Clearwater, I have to give a big shout out for the Subaru dealer in Port Richey.”

You can’t beat a great price and top tier customer service. I brought my car back to plug my tire and was out in 15 minutes! Ask for hillbilly if you stop by!”
