“Professional service, fair pricing, sweet goodie bag gift at check-out that made me feel like a valued customer like in Ye Olden Days. I can see why this place is so packed. The only thing I did not like is that services were done other than what was discussed and agreed upon at drop-off. I don't recommend dropping off your car and going back to pick it up- stay and wait so maybe they'll check in with you before completing a service? Regardless, it was something I needed to get done so now I won't have to do it myself even though I had the parts already at home waiting. I'll probably come back for a future service need to give this place a second try and update then! Absolutely worth a second try, but I hope for clearer communication next time.”

“I would recommend Evolve regardless of the make and model of your Vehicle.. I let them work on My Chevy,Ford and My Alfa which one of My Vehicles No other places in Pasco would've even attempted to work on the vehicle due to the Type of Car so just a normal oil change is two and three hours away so Imagine to My Surprise a Shop with the knowledge and Capabilities to work on every Vehicle and My Driveway with Friendly honest and a Quick Turn around Time is right here in Pasco also regardless of mY Situation they went above and beyond to help me and that's as small as a oil change tire replacement to switching the colors of my seats this one shop is equipped and have the knowledge to do it all and also deal with the Warranty companies as well nor do they play on ur lack of knowledge about vehicles they're honest with the problems of your vehicle and give you options and will give u the knowledge of learning your vehicle in the Future which would save u Money so with me this my first stop regardless of the make and model of my Cars with a open availability not like most shops where the simplest things are hours days and weeks but yet blame it on they waiting on parts and I can go on and on about how great this place is I recommend It First Best Shop Ever 5 stars isn't enough and this Case Thank you”

“New to the area and had just bought a new used car less than 5 days prior. Had taken it to a couple of other chain shops that had claimed there were concerns with the car although it drove great. One shop declined to do the oil change because they claimed there was sludge and particle matter broke off and they judged it a bad car. The other shop claimed it needed new struts and rear tires had dry rot starting.Took it to this shop after returning to the dealer who cleared it again.There’s nothing wrong with this car nor does it need anything let alone a high priced oil change I was told it needed. Got the oil change cheaper than Walmarts but higher grade of recommended manufacturer grade.Found my honest auto shop for as long as I’m in this area. Thank you??”
“We took in two vehicles to be worked one. Both had air conditioning issues, one needed oil change/ tire rotation and one had some other issues we needed fixed. We were impressed how they got everything done within a couple of days. I appreciated how they were mindful to not overcharge us. Because we weren't sure if there was a freon leak, they added some sort of dye which was able to pinpoint exactly what the issue was. We've found Alan to be super responsive and honest. He didn't over charge us and because of that he's earned our trust. We don't do business with dishonest people. We will definitely be back to George's!”

“I've known Andrew and his crew for over 25 years now. I used to deliver parts to his shop. He's an excellent, kind, fair, and responsible man. He will give you the fairest price he can for the work he's doing. He will pick you up and bring you home if you don't have a ride to and from the shop if your car is broken down. How many independent mechanics don't work at big car lots do that?People don't seem to understand how much parts and labor have gone up. If you want it done and done correctly and with care so you don't have any other issues, then I suggest you go and see him. Tell him Valerie sent you. “I had an emergency situation with my alternator and pulled into the nearest auto shop. This place was awesome and fixed my car right away. They don't overcharge and even offered to drive me home so I didn't have to wait at the shop. However, they were so quick in replacing my alternator that I didn't need a ride! Honest work is hard to find at an auto shop. Thank you so much for saving me!”

“I recently had a new set of tires put on my car and just yesterday came into this Goodyear store for an oil change. Both visits I was able to have service the same day!! Mary, the owner, is so knowledgeable and extremely efficient in picking out the best tires for my vehicle at the lowest price possible. She also explained, in laymen's terms, exactly when oil should be changed depending on the type of oil in your car. I especially appreciated Mary's diligence in protecting my health (since I haven't been vaccinated yet) by requiring masks and providing masks for customers who have forgotten that it is the courteous thing to do for the public. I have not found another auto service center to meet this Goodyear shop's excellent service and prices. Thank youMary and staff!!!”

Courteous and friendly service all throughout, starting from the many phone calls I made due to my lack of experience with cars and tires, to the in-person appointment when I picked the car up. They never made me feel inferior or stupid (which is a common experience women have with mechanics). They were quick, efficient and reasonably priced. They were also flexible with a last-minute repair on another vehicle of mine. I won't go anywhere else again.”
