“Well I shopped around to find a transmission shop to do my TCM on my 2006 Nissan Frontier. Most of the places had horrible reviews, VERY expensive and take too long. Well I found Milex and decided I would give them call. I spoke with a very friendly Richard on the phone and he gave a good quote and great return time. So went and spoke with in person and asked when he was ready to get her started. Well he said "bring it down now"..so I drove it down and he got me a ride home. I will say I was little skeptic and nervous after I dropped it and after a phone call from Richard a few hrs later. But it turned out my worries were unfounded. They got truck done in under 3 days and right at the price we agreed. I drove the truck the next day on a over a 350 mile trip and ran great and shifted perfectly. I would highly recommend Richard and the staff at Mr. transmission. Very professional and friendly!!!!”

“Awesome & trustworthy guys! I've brought 4 of my cars here in the last 13 years. The cost is the cost here, if it cost them $100 less than they quoted. That's what you pay. Most others would just take it. Also, on all my visits, only once was there an issue (a faulty clamp). When we brought it back, no questions asked, free of charge, the did the right thing & replaced it. Getting your cars worked on can be frustrating & sometimes a nightmare. You won't have that experience here. It's a family owned & operated shop doing great & honest work. I hope they'll be around for many years to come.”

“Called just before 5:30 on a Monday and spoke with Joshua. I explained that I had a tire that had a steel belt break inside my tire and that I was in need of something at my price point and ASAP.He said he had the two tires I needed and asked me when I would have time to come in. I explained the sooner the better and the next day I had work, so my time availability was limited.At 5:30 he asked how long it would take me to get to their location and I told him about 5 minutes. He said head over and he'll get it taken care of.I got there at 5:37 and they had my car out just before 6 o'clock.Joshua went out of his way to make sure my issue was taken care of, even if it meant staying a bit after their closing time.They helped me solve my issue immediately, got me exactly what I needed price wise, and got it done quickly.I'll be bringing my other car back for service and tires when needed just to work with this team again.Thanks again Joshua!”

“I just moved into the area and I needed one of my Jeep's tires repaired. I was first greeted by Don, and then met Jeff. Honestly, I immediately felt like I was home. These to very traditional mechanics were great to talk to, and Don was awesome in repairing my tire. I needed these guys to be who they were, when they were. I had been discharged from AdventHealth North Pinellas days earlier after being treated for a very serious (and unexpected) heart condition. I came home to a flat tire which added to the stress I was already feeling from my health issues. Not only do I feel like I've found some mechanics I can trust (which is HUGE when you move to a new area and have a heart attack), but I feel like I might have made a couple of new friends. I can't recommend these guys - and this shop - enough!!”
