“Fantastic customer service! I had driven down to South Florida for business and my Mustang started to overheat. I called JNL and explained the situation they squeezed me into their schedule that day. They did a full digital inspection sending me a text with pictures and all the details, the Water pump was the issue they recommended also replacing the Thermostat which made sense because the car has a 100k miles on it, As a precaution I had them do the heater hose as well to avoid any future cooling problems. They replaced the water pump and the rest and got the car back to me quickly so I could drive back to Orlando. Their communication was excellent, they weren’t high pressure at all. It's not often that you have a problem with your vehicle that results in a 2 week troubleshoot nightmare for your mechanic, and when that happens it's easy to think the fix will be any day now. No one is perfect and the initial communication got frustrating. Now, here is the important part. Once it became apparent that I was upset, Doran took full control to make sure I was both communicated with, and that the repair and wait was as painless as possible for me. I've honestly never paid a bill 3x what I originally expected with more confidence and overall satisfaction as with this shop. Anyone who tells you anything other than they did everything they could do to make sure you were treated well is either incapable of being pleased or failed to communicate properly with the shop. This shop is run professionally, takes ownership, and does right by the customer. That's all you could ever ask for in a shop. I'll certainly be back for many years.”

“I have had to bring three different vehicles here. They worked on my son's Jeep a few years ago and the service was great and price was reasonable. Last year, I brought in my daughter's Hyundai for what I thought was a transmission problem. Hamilton took it for a test drive with me and said her car was running great and no service was needed, and also recommended an extended warranty company in case anything should go wrong in the future. No charge. We brought my son's F150 here for a transmission problem. No appointment, we just showed up one morning. Hamilton looked at his truck and spoke with the extended warranty company. He called us back and said that the problem will be covered by Ford but I had to take it to a Ford dealership. No charge. So I just want to thank Hamilton for his time and honesty. If I do need any type of service in the future, I will definitely be coming back here.”

“I have been going to Roger's Auto Repair for about 25 years now. I am a single woman, and in my experience, most mechanic shops try to take advantage of single women and try to oversell repairs. I am not mechanically inclined, so I must rely on the mechanic's professional opinion. Dean, the owner of Roger's is extremely ethical. There have been 3 times now that I brought my car in, thinking there was a major issue with it and he did very minor work on It, DIDN'T CHARGE ME, and the repairs he made have lasted.
