“I don’t know why there are bad reviews but this is a great business I have to leave a 5+star review. They are friendly and honest, not try to tip people off. I got my expensive Michelin tires a few months ago at Coxxxx. I got a puncture in the tire and Coxxxx said they can’t repair it and I need to buy a new one ($250+)after 2 hours of waiting. I was super upset! I already spent $1000+ on their new tires and they still want to make more money just after few months?! Or they just don’t want to take the responsibility if they don’t fix it well? I went back to Family tire the next day at 8:30am. I waited for 3 hours and they fixed it for $25. The same scenario happened in the past, Family tire fixed my flat tire after Coxxxx refused to fix. Everyone here is friendly and helpful! It’s so rare to find this honest and fair price store. They always have a long line and they have a bigger shop east of pines. I believe their business is good because they do it well, honest and professional. Don’t be scared by the negative reviews, come and give it a try.”

“Wow! From the phone call I made for help to the end of the service! What service I received from this team. Suddenly my car broke down, called the Pembroke Pines location close to Best Buy and Freddy took my call. He treated me like a customer he knew forever though it was my first time. It was towards the end of the day and he was still kind enough once hearing my situation, to come drop it off and they will take care of it. Next day my car was ready and running again! I wanted to thank Freddy and the mechanic himself who took care of me and there was another very nice male employee that talked to me a couple times as well. You guys rock and THANK YOU SO MUCH! “I love visiting this location. I usually come here right when it opens as it's nice and quiet, which is perfect when I'm buying a bunch of items I need in bulk. It's large enough that you won't feel cramped with other shoppers. I do find that it has been a lot cleaner than it has been the past few years! My only gripe is sometimes a usual item I buy in bulk here, which will no longer be carried by the store. Nothing too major but disappointing as I would save more money buying the item here than a different store in general. Other than that, they have many products and carry different brands as well as produce their own Berkley Jensen products. Sometimes, I find their own brand products to be better than some name brand. The staff here are kind and helpful, especially in the deli area. I love shopping here, and I'll definitely be here again to do my monthly restock of items!”
