She told me everything about the car, was honest and truthful. I flew into Fort Lauderdale, Fla., from Syracuse, NY. with a one way only airline ticket because I felt comfortable in driving the car back home that’s 1443 miles. Maiia had all the paperwork ready and had me take the car out for a test drive. The car was better than described and ran great. After completing the paperwork and paying for the car, it was back to Syracuse, NY.. I had no doubt at all about driving the 1443 miles from the business back to my house. That's how confident I was in Maiia’s description of the car and how it ran. The purchase of this car saved me over $11,000.00 if I was to buy the same car with a clean title. If you’re planning on keeping the car for a long time, who cares if it has a rebuilt title? I drove the 1443 miles to get back home without any problems. The car drove great, got wonderful gas mileage and was super comfortable. I saved thousands and thousands of dollars and so can you. “Probably one of the best and cheapest mechanics I've ever been to. This was my first time taking my car to a mechanic shop (I'm 18) and I was expecting to pay about between 4-5 grand. Only ended up paying for 2k and the guy I think he's the owner, washed my car for me as well free of charge. I didn't even ask for it to be washed. I will always trust this company ? (the front bumper scratch has nothing to do with anything, it was only the front left side wheel that got messed up) There's before and after pictures (took about a week to fix)”

“A friend of mine sent my truck without my consent the owner of the shop charge big amount of money to check what's wrong with the transmission and he check everything on it after he knows the problem he give us an estimate higher that we thought my friend let me the problem to me even when he knows that I live in California , I start talking with the owner just to decline the estimate and try to get my money back from the diagnostic but after when I start talking directly with him and I heard that is an expert on transmissions I take the risk and he reduce me the estimate just to keep me as a client I just said that I will accept if he did this labor if he make it dor a friend of him after that I sent the money and he start working on it sent me everyday how the job is going he finish in less than two weeks I take a flight to pick up my truck but he didn't give me back because he didn't feel comfortable with issues that still have after that he take itvdown and check everything 3 times he tale more than a month to solve the problem but he and his team never give up that shop is my best experience with someone that take a problem and solve it as a friend I am.very grateful that find this place thanks to the owner and all his workers .”

“Fantastic customer service! I had driven down to South Florida for business and my Mustang started to overheat. I called JNL and explained the situation they squeezed me into their schedule that day. They did a full digital inspection sending me a text with pictures and all the details, the Water pump was the issue they recommended also replacing the Thermostat which made sense because the car has a 100k miles on it, As a precaution I had them do the heater hose as well to avoid any future cooling problems. They replaced the water pump and the rest and got the car back to me quickly so I could drive back to Orlando. Their communication was excellent, they weren’t high pressure at all.
