I was under the impression that we had unlimited miles, and without it, it would have been difficult to make it there without an extra charge. It was our own misunderstanding, however, we had a super friendly and helpful employee named Josh who helped us resolve those challenges without breaking the bank. “Employees were attentive and professional. I rent a truck with a trailer for out of state moving purposes. Please check the vehicle before you leave the facility. They bring the truck upfront, and you can feel a rush on that. I try to fix mirrors and they were so hard to adjust, also I not be aware of right turn signal was not working after I have load the truck (my bad). After 1 hour of driving the air conditioning stop working, just hot air came out for more than 12 hours on the road was a misserable experience on June plus all food and groceries qet bad and have to throw to trash because 100 degrees hot was not joke. I buy a e-zpass for tolls but eneded up paying double because they charge anyway the tolls, they get anoying on it and they didn't care about even if you send the Toll Statement, I ask to the employee at pickup and She said they charge but She was not sure about the process. So they charge 1.00 extra for every toll you pass. I recommend to pay on cash at toll plazas that are available and wait for their bills, that can be in different bills too.”

“Penske stands behind there vehicles. I use them because they are reliable and quick to repair a truck when needed. There service is outstanding and I have only used them for my personal moves but if given the opportunity in the future. I hope to use them on a commercial level. If they take care me as a well on my personal moves. I'm sure I'd love them on a buis. Level also. The ride this trip had alot of rain and the truck hot wet but Penske took care of it rgt away and allowed my drop on Orlando as apposed to Tampa to protect my boys from the water and adjusted my costs for the inconvenience. If your moving local or Long distance I highly recommend there vehicles and services as being top notch and desirable to use. Thanks for another successful move.”

Kudos to Dean for being really nice, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The store is clean and organized. I needed to leave an item and they offered their ReUse space where people can leave things that others can take and benefit from. Not sure if many people know about this but for an out of town let me tell you this was helpful.”

“I made a reservation online through U-Haul for a trailer that weekend. When I arrived, Ashley was at the front desk and so helpful and sweet. I was stressed because we had been 45 minutes late but she made the process very easy. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that I needed an electrical outlet in my car for the trailer, so I couldn't use that, but they had a truck available to rent that day and switched it out at no cost. The instructions for returning the truck later that evening were very easy and they processed my paperwork first thing Monday morning. I would highly recommend this location and appreciate how easy Ashley and Julio made the process!”
