I needed to move out of my apartment and place my things in storage to help take care of my mother and with a new baby I couldn’t fathom how I would do this alone. I picked the full service package and Keith and Sam were incredible! They truly went over and beyond packing my items with care. The speed at which they packed and and carefully placed my items in the storage unit was astonishing. They were also just so incredibly kind and sweet to my little one. I was having a terrible morning and they really brightened up my day by just making this a seamless experience. “Overall the experience was great and would recommend U-Pack for moving services. Communication was great and the price was reasonable. The amount of space that was quoted based on my house size came right in line with the amount I used in the truck. The reason for four-stars, we had difficulty securing the interior door but a representative came out and helped us. Our furniture did arrive much earlier than expected and they wanted to deliver it, but we were not in our house to receive it yet. We arranged to have it delivered on a Friday, but got a call the night before saying they did not have a driver available to deliver and was pushed back a day. This resulted in us having to stay at a hotel another night at our own expense.”

“Moving is not easy… I called MM to get a quote on our move. When I received the quote I thought the cost was high… but I had a friend that had used MM and he gave them high marks so I thought I’d pay the extra money and use MM. I’m not sure what really happened, but the length of time it took to take apart some of the furniture, pack and load was far longer than what MM expected… but days! Which then meant of course that to unload, put furniture back to get her and unpack would again take much longer than they expected. The quote was a price per hour and ultimately the number of hours it took to complete out move was much higher than they quoted or expected. All that being said, MM did the job and didn’t charge me for any of the extra hours/days it took to complete the job. They showed up when they said they would and worked hard non-stop. Is MM the cheapest around? No. But they lived up to their commitment and did quality job. Albeit it took longer than any of us wanted :-). I would recommend HH to any of my friends.”

Read their reviews and knew they were the ones. All of my belongings were located in a storage unit and it took them no time to completely clear it out. “I honestly don’t have enough good things to say about your employees, Jean Paul, Gabriel and Jamari. From the moment they rang my doorbell, I knew it was going to be a good experience. All three greeted me with friendly smiles and assurances that everything was going to be just fine. First of all, I honestly felt like these three were my family. Everything they touched, everything they moved was done with great care and respect. Since I was leaving my parent’s/childhood home, they were extra sweet and kind, and most importantly, extremely cognizant of the value, even if only sentimental, that my items held for me. I way underestimated the amount of items I packed. In the end, it was like a jigsaw puzzle to make everything fit. Jean Paul, Gabriel and Jamari never gave up and utilized every single inch of my 4 crates, fitting in all of the things that were most important to me. I watched them pack, label and transport and I never had a single worry about the safety and well being of my possessions. The crates were sealed shut right in front of my eyes. The process was thoroughly explained from the start, which alleviated the extreme anxiety I was feeling when they first arrived. The calm, encouragement and professionalism went above and beyond anything I expected. I really want these three guys to be recognized for representing your company in such a positive and professional manner. I can’t imagine any other crew being as wonderful as these three guys that I was lucky enough to see on my front porch this morning.
