I was under the impression that we had unlimited miles, and without it, it would have been difficult to make it there without an extra charge. It was our own misunderstanding, however, we had a super friendly and helpful employee named Josh who helped us resolve those challenges without breaking the bank. Josh took great care of us and gave us customer service above and beyond our expectations. Very happy with the service I received at this location. Thank you Josh!”

“Excellent company, fast service if you need a fill, and outstanding Customer Service. Why not 5 stars? Love Ferrell Gas, but twice in a row after I have ordered a fill and specified the number of gallons to be delivered, I receive significantly more gallons than I requested. I have found them to be very helpful in payment plans, but the larger bill is frustrating.”

“Hey, I've had problems in the past with just about all the competitors but it's so much industrialized the whole process that the customer service usually suffers hiding behind a computer industry wide. “We moved into the area 2 years ago and we are now in the house full time. I called Blossman's about getting a fill-up for my 500g propane tank. It was on a Monday and they do deliveries on Friday in my area. When I told the lady that we were out of gas she rearranged her delivery schedule to get me gas that night. She was honestly concerned. A delivery man showed up at 9pm still in good spirits. He backed into my driveway without damaging anything and filled the tank. I am very impressed with this company and their employees. They really go the extra mile. They prices are also very competitive.”

Overall amazing experience and staff were great to get me in and out through checking in and out. Trucks were readily available and location was opened at exactly 7am as they posted. After a quick reservation ahead of time , was out the store by 7:05am and on my way to deal with my business. Please come to this location cause I recommend it 100%!”

Equipment is in top shape. There's another U-haul dealer closer but I come here as Vino, Jason and others are great to work with.”

“I've never had to refill my propane tanks. I would always go to Home Depot and replace the whole tank for $24. Someone told me that U-Haul refills tanks. I wanted to do this because I still had about 20% of propane in the tank but the pressure was too low for my BBQ grill and my stove burners. I parked by the propane tank. It's that phallic looking tank right as you enter the driveway. There's a button to press to ring an attendant. They will refill your tank and you pay with your credit card on the attendant's cell phone. It had a credit card processing app. For two tanks, it cost me $31. It would have cost me $50 at Home Depot. The process was very easy. See my pictures.”

“All the people I came in contact with and especially the worker who assisted me she was absolutely amazing during a very stressful time for my family and I cannot be more thankful to her for everything. I came in need to basically leave town within 24 hours of Christmas due to a family emergency and they she did everything in her power to get me setup to leave within my schedule. Apply on the website.People with the one star reviews should be thankful for the savings they get with natural gas. An all electric house comes with a high electric bill. I pay my bill on time and have no need to call customer service..”

The only thing is that when we wanted to return the key afterhours, we were looking for a dopbox for the key. But it was a hole in the window. They should make that clear since some other people were confused, too.”
