“I lived in radius for almost 2 years. What I loved about the building is:
1. The location, right on lake Eola; far from the noise, chaos, and homeless people; but within 8 min walk to downtown clubs, bars, resturants.
2. The design of the building is very modern. Their appartments are huge and their studios have a seperate bedroom. The pool is very gorgeous and has a nice view of downtown/lake Eola. The best view in downtown.
3. The residents are friendly. I made a lot of friends who became like a family to me. We be cooking at the grill in the pool weekly, hangout, exc ! Blessed to meet such amazing neighbours.
4. The people in the leasing office are very professional and friendly. Kale and Gio were my favorite.
5. The drake, a modern resturant that just opened in the building. They serve the best food and cocktails! Big plus and an amazing addition for the building.
Overall, my first experience living in downtown in radius was amazing. I will forever love and remember the beautiful memories I had in this building and will forever miss everyone from the neighbours to the people in the leasing office.
One thing you have to pay attention to, if you hear a noise, it might not be your neighbour, it's hard to tell where the noise comes from it could be from any appartment. So think twice before you file a noise complaint against one of your neighbours unless if you are 100% sure lol. Highly recommend this building.

“As anyone apartment hunting online very well knows, 4.7 is a stellar rating on Google - for any business really but Dwell Maitland truly deserves the full 5. I have lived here for a year already and if circumstances allowed I would absolutely be resigning my lease. Having lived in other luxury apartments in downtown Saint Pete, I would choose Dwell Maitland every time.
Thankfully for the majority of my time here I had little reason to contact the office but the one time I did need them for a reason unrelated to satisfaction of renting, they were incredibly accommodating and happy to help. Everyone from Nikki and Michelle as well as the others in the office really show that they care about their residents and the maintenance staff are all very friendly and polite gentleman.
Working from home I can’t recall a single time I heard my neighbor through the wall. The amenities are great and so is the location but it’s the people that take this property from excellent to outstanding. Look no further.”

“I’ve lived here for nearly 2 years now, and when I moved in, the property was under different ownership. Eaven and her team in our office go above and beyond daily to make sure the residents have the best experience possible. Each staff member treats my dog as if he’s their own and is happy to see him when we visit the office for a treat for him. Mariana is always sure to greet us with a smile when we’re out and about in the neighborhood, and Gilbert is quick to respond to any maintenance concerns. We appreciate the regular events put on by the team - including flower pot painting and “yappy” hour for the pups! Parking has been a bit problematic but the Apex staff has been actively working to improve the situation and enforce resident parking, and there are of course some sour residents who disregard any community rules or guidelines, but again, the staff in the office is receptive to feedback and works their hardest to address any concerns and make this an enjoyable place to call home.”

“We recently moved in here. Bridgette was wonderful and knowledgeable in the apartments when we toured. I even forgot to ask a question and she’d emailed me back very quick.
We were in a pickle and hadn’t received our previous apartment renewal letter when we toured and Bridgette even guided us thru speaking with them since it was over due to get it. Finally once I did obtain that we had to give them a quick decision. Bridgette worked with us so fast approving us and having the process completed so I could let them know I moving. She was wondering and worked fast for us! We appreciated that so much.
Finally we are moved in and the so far no complaints the apartment is great it’s definitely better then what we came from and we are so happy. The place is pretty quiet and all our neighbors welcomed us and were friendly when we moved in. It a great location and you can tell it’s not party central over here. I cant even hear my neighbors except when they walk upstairs a little but it’s definitely 100 better than our previous complex neighbors lol. Parking isn’t really an issue we always find a spot close to the building. Pool is enjoyable. Love that the gates work. We definitely enjoy the pet section in the office for our kitty(sealed the deal ) I’m hoping we can live here for another few years if everything works out!”
